On there site it says 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. They do ask you questions and you do not get your money back. Personally everyone I talk to I'm beginning to believe is one in the same person. Oh yeah forget about every getting to talk with the person I tried to deal with he's in meetings from 10am-5pm which is when they are available central time anyways. Very funny. I've wasted much time out of my work day trying to get them to understand I want my money back(code did not unlock my phone and site guarantees this with no questions asked. Why they lie about a return of funds. Be more accurate on your site.

I would like to give a better review as the process for purchasing the program was relatively trouble free. My beef with the process is that I have been waiting over 24 hours for this website to even load so that I may download the program to unlock my phone. The link provided by GSM liberty does not load. There's no update on twitter if the website is down. I would like a refund on this product as I am unable to even use it or access it.

The unlock code is working perfectly and the seller also provides very thorough and well instructions in entering the codes. However, I need to wait for almost 3 days in order to gain the unlock codes. I am aware that I ordered the unlock code on Saturday and received it on Monday afternoon and I am also aware that the vendor also need to verify my purchase, but I don't want to wait for very long time to use my phone. I don't know if other sellers could deliver in shorter time, but if there are other sellers that could deliver in shorter time with higher prices, I will order for them.

I've been trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S3 for almost 4 weeks. They've sent the codes which were all unsuccessful and they even sent me the software to unlock it also which also failed. I've requested a refund, and 4 weeks later, no refund and my phone is still locked.

I received my unlock code and now waiting for technical support to reply.. Tried calling 1-800 office is closed on week-end...online chat seems to be dummy as tried to contact number of times and there is no agent to respond...

Was never told you needed an active SIM card other wise I wouldn't have purchase the codes.also took 3 days to get them, not the 6 minutes they said it would take.

I had unlocked my cellphone with them 1 year ago. This year, once again, I unlocked another phone, but rather than charging me for this transaction only, they also charged me for the one I made last year! And it never showed on paypal, only after I paid! Therefore, I'm afraid to use this company again as I may be charged again for my two previous transactions! However, I did receive my codes in a very short period of time, less than 30 minutes, I'm just worried about those transactions that cumulate. Sent them an email, we'll see what happens with that.

I was told I would get my code in 7-10 hours, and when i chat with the support person, he told me at 7PM PST that the senior engineer works from 10AM EST and i have to wait for him for the code. Eventually i got it by 8PM PST the code worked charm, without any issues; as a customer I accept faster response.

I am still waiting for the support team to send me the walk through instructions as to how to unlock my cell phone. I received the codes by when I entered them nothing happened. I spoke to the supposed support person at the other and they did not furnish me with the required instructions as to how to put this matter right. Still waiting and hoping for the best.

I found this service via an internet search and entered all of the information to unlock a Galaxy S3 on Orange UK Paid the money and was advised it would take 25 > 32 mins for the unlock code. After a few calls some hours later I was asked to wit for an e-mail with the code. After 9hrs I was promised it would be with me within the hour. 48hrs later I managed to call them later in the day as they are US based and are on US time. (5 hours behind).I was told I probably needed a more advanced search at extra cost or I could cancel the order and have a refund. I cancelled so am waiting with 'baited breath" for my in excess of £10 refund.

Above the "our guarantees 100%" symbol it said delivery time is 31 minutes to 1 hour. Was over 22 hours before I received the code. Guarantee is just words and means junk now days. Come on people, I trusted what you told me, thats why I chose your company. Trust, words, and guarantees are junk and meaningless to some company's.

Ordered an unlock code from them on 28 Jun 2013 15:29:17 BST. In spite of their boast that they could deliver in less than an hour it was not until 1 Jul at 5.50 that I received the code. Very disappointed !!!!

This phone was unlocked sucessfully,BUT cannot be used on any other network in Canada because it is not a 3G phone.

Nokia Lumia 800 Orange UK I entered all details as requested .GSM charged my card $40 promising they could unlock.Next day i received a refund as they couldnt deliver a code. Why promise something you cant delver i know it is difficult to get code for Lumia ...still no success: (

I proceeded to order an unlock code for my Blackberry Curve and was quoted $7.95. I completed my order and found my invoice and somehow was charged for 2 unlock numbers, although I had only supplied you with one IMEI number. I sent an enail to sales and have not heard from them yet. A refund of $7.95 would make me happy and warant you a better rating. Pete Thibodeau

could not beleave how long it took to get my phone unlocked, started at mid-day finished 5-45pm tried the first unlocking code they sent me four times, when it still would not work went to the live chat was on line with ethan price, even then took a couple of hours, as he got me a new code. good job they have the live chat, which is one of the reasons i chose to try gsm. i would just like to thank ethan for sorting me out i think even he was glad to get it sorted.

on 14th August I requested an unlocking code for my blackberry torch. After some delay a code arrived. On the maximum amount of attempts allowed it was still unsuccessful> I have now in my possession an unusable Blackberry torch> On calling the London Helpline i was informed there was nothing that could be done as all attempts had been tried> Having followed unlocking instructions very carefully i was obviously disgusted with lack of success> More so i was absolutely disgusted to be told by somebody on the end of the telephone when I rang for assistance that nothing can be done. In my possession i now am the owner of an absolutely USELESS blackberry torch. I am unable to unlock it to accept my 3 network sim card.I hope you will offer me some assistance with this situation> i would be happy for a solution from yourselves. after forgetting my password to my blackberry curve, I looked up on the net and found gsm,they presented well so I went forward said they would provide unlocking details within minutes,went through the process and yes codes were mailed to me within minutes,there were 5 differnt codes so i tried to contact by phone the help line and was told i'm next in line, 20 minutes later and getting impatient with the message i'm next in line i hung up.so overall summary,got the codes quickly,tried to imput and failed,tried to call helpline but was like waiting for a bus whilst the bus drivers are on strike."never happened"
