At the Orlando airport were beyond amazing to work with. They had exceptional customer service. This was my first time renting with Alamo and I was nervous. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When they didn’t have the car I was looking for. He asked his manager for help, together, they came up with a solution that exceeded our expectations. Because of them we will only rent with Alamo in the future!

Overall my views on green motion were positive. Good price for the vehicle I got. He was great to deal with and explained everything to us. The only negative was that he was the only one on when we turned up and it seemed everyone had turned up at the same time. And so we were waiting quite some time to be served. Overall though, we would definitely use again.

Great car and great service but we didn’t get what we booked and paid for. A Cuora is a great car but the luggage space is significantly less than the Toyota Rav 4 that we booked and paid for.

This was the first time renting a car from this company. Their price was lower than the name brand rental companies. They had many good reviews, so I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the pick up was at Tampa International airport. We did arrive after 6pm so there weren't any lines. Our car was upgraded at no extra cost. The car was freshly washed and vacuumed. There were several nicks and scuffs on the outside of the car. I made sure to take pictures just in case. Not an issue at drop off. Drop off was just as easy. The only minor issue having to pay an extra $90 for the Plate Pass. Wasn't sure we needed it. Was told if we didn't get it we would be charged $20 per toll if we didn't take it, but it would be refunded if we didn't use it. We did go through a few tolls which would have costed less than $20. Live and learn. I would recommend this company and I would use them again. Thank you for a great experience.

The process of renting a car through this company was outstanding. The booking was quick and easy. We rented from the Moncton airport so it is small so maybe that helped the speed of service but I was very impressed. They exceeded my expectations. Would do it again for sure.

This 3rd Party Online Marketer has "Partnered: with many Ticket Sales, Rental Companies, etc.) They have unethical standards and fine prints that will leave you no recourse for refund. They are bad business and you need to avoid if you find they are involved in any way. Car Rental with them, Rental24h.com and Sixt cost me 4x the original prepaid agreement and was denied refund after forced to create new booking at counted

Some car rentals offer this option but within certain time so check from their website your options but you might lose some deposit. Again it's not standard through all rental companies but I once cancelled a reservation and they returned all the money back to my credit card.

Most of the times, cancellation is free until a day or two prior to taking up the car. Check on your voucher/contract, it should say so somewhere, in the "general conditions". I Once changed a reservation from a 7 seat vehicule to an ordinary car, and the difference between the 2 booking rates was paid back on my credit car. That was a few years ago though

Hi, The following is our cancellation policy: We offer a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booking. If the booking is cancelled after 48 hours but before the scheduled pick-up time, we will charge an administration fee of €20. We do not accept cancellations after the scheduled pick-up time, no funds will be reimbursed. (Please note that when cancelling your car rental reservation, you are personally responsible for cancelling the excess insurance you might have purchased together with the rental.) Refunds will be processed immediately but may take a couple of days to reach your account.

If the reserved vehicle is not available request an alternative. If the matter is not resolved, contact us so we can try and arrange a suitable substitute with the car rental agent. If a car is not available, there is no charge for this facility and a cancellation fee does not apply. Contact the agent through their contact form on their website.

What site do I use to ask Cartrawler to credit me with the 40 euros I was charged by Europcar for an additional driver, when I was told by cartrawler told me this was free and to just give the details to Europcar when I picked up the car at Geneva Airport?
