I Ordered This Maxi Dress In The Sale, Thought It
I ordered this maxi dress in the sale, thought it was really good value. About 4 days later I got a letter from Oli saying that they were not able to process my order because my card company had declined it. So I phoned my bank and they said there was nothing wrong with my card there was money there so there would be no reason for them to decline it. They also said they had no knowledge of the money even coming out of my account so therefore they couldnt have declined it. Phoned Oli who first tried to blame it on my bank (along with what the letter had said) and I explained the bank had told me the transaction had not even been processed so it was nothing to do with them. They then said they sometimes cancel orders if the details dont match up but mine did so the man had no explanation. What I wanted to order is no longer in stock so I have no way of getting it. The man was not understanding whatsoever when I was trying to explain how frustrated I was that I was not able to get my product and with no explanation as to why. NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM AGAIN!

if i could give Oli zero stars, i would. ive nver been so compelled to write a bad review.
i ordered a pair of boots just after xmas and recieved them on new years eve. i decided immediately that i didnt like them so i booked a return. the return was never scheduled so i took a day off work for nothing. i booked another return and the courier came on the wrong day (luckily i was at home).
every time i have spoken to their contact centre (with one exception) the staff are rude, seem very bored and unwilling to help and use annoying slang words like 'babe' and 'innit'. (the man who called me 'babe' got an earful...)
ive complained both verbally and via their website but have not had any response.
i am still waiting for my money back and have been told that it can take up to 14 days for Oli to RECIEVE my boots and then ANOTHER 5 working days for me to get my refund (contrary to on the dispatch note which states everthing will be wrapped up in 14 days)
disgusted at their service. would NOT recommend to my worst enemy.

Ordered A Dress From Here Which Was Silver Not Ava
ordered a dress from here which was silver not available in any other colours, or so i thought until the dress arrived and it was black. looked on site just to checked i had not made a mistake and yes the dress was silver in the picture and no options of it being availbale in any other colours. i phoned up customer services and explained and they apologised and sent me a replacment. when the replacement arrived it was again black! returned these and contacted customer services again and had to wait for investigation! aparently the dress is black so why the hell it is silver in the picture i'll never know! nearly 4 weeks have passed and still no refund. emailed and emailed customer services about this as they did send me a confirmation of refund email, but they insist they have refunded me, but they have not so emailed again a week ago and still heard nothing back. contacted my credit card company who have filed a dispute. will never be ordering agin from this site, a terrible site with terrible customer service. they are quick to take your money but not so quick to give you a refund when they mess up!

I read these reviews about peoples purchases and wonder how they even got that far.... by far the worst website I have ever 'tried' to use. I registered fine (or at least it appeared to work) but as soon as I tried to log back in it would not recognise my email address which I find totally amazing since they have already started sending me junk emails. After 2 days of trying I am giving up and will never attempted to purchase anything from Oli. There are plenty of much better sites to buy clothes from and having read other people reviews Im taking that dreadful account set up procedure as a sign of the service I could expect going forward. Never before have I been able to register with a new company on-line!!! I think I've had a luck escape.

DO NOT ORDER FROM OLI!!!!!!
I had a awful experiance that lasted almost 9 months. I ordered a £60.00 coat that was delivered on time but after 1 week all the lining came unstitched (coats I have had from primark have been a far superior quality)so I arranged for the courier to collect it which was a palava, the item was returned for a refund so I presumed it would just be processed and that I would hear nothing more until I had a phone call 1 month after returning it chasing payment so I advised the "customer service" agent that I had returned it as very poor quality/faulty and she that that was fine and she would let customer service know - as she was from their account department. To cut a long and frustrating story short every 5-6 weeks I got a phone call chasing payment from a debt collectors agency as they hadnt recieved any payment so each time I advised them I had returned it as it was faulty and LUCKILY I had kept my proof of return documents BUT each time I forwarded them a copy it never turned up. After about 10 months the issue has been resolved when I called Oli and they confirmed that they had recievd my return and so everything was okay!!!INCOMPENTANT OR WHAT!

I've been shopping at oli since 2007. ALthough at first a few things went wrong over time it has become really good!
the items are amazing quality and quite competitavely priced
if i have any questions i can find the answers myself on their help section of their website, and if i cant they email back either straight away or if after the contact centre is closed the next day!!
delivery is always on time and i love their new tracking system which allows me to track my orders!
their contact centre is full of lovely staff, have only once asked to speak to a manager and although they were busy at the time i got a call back straight away!
overall i love oli and cant wait for my next order to arrive on Friday :D

Bought a maxi for hols from Oli.co.uk - dress was great and really cheap too. arrived on time but had to return as too big. Returning seemed a bit complicated and wasn't keen leaving my package somewhere to be picked up but I suppose they must have got it cos I ordered another one in smaller size and it got delivered fine :-)

Never, Ever, Ever Order From Oli!!!!! I Really Don
NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER FROM OLI!!!!! I really don't know where to start with this review. This is the WORST company I have ever, ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ordered a skirt on July 15th, for an event I was due to attend on July 30th. Selected Next Day Delivery - what a joke. The item never arrived (it is now August 6th). Spoke to about 25 different people in "Customer Service", none of whom were remotely helpful or able to use their initiative. Eventually cancelled order and was told my card had not been charged. Then received an email offering me free P&P on my next order (ha! As if!) i was so angry at the presumption that I would EVER order from them again but I just completely ignored the email and THEN, today, I check my bank account and find my card has been charged for the full amount for the order I never received!! Words cannot fully express just how APPALLING Oli is as a company - I want to know how they get away with it and how they continue to be allowed to trade. Is there an organisation we can complain to to get them shut down? They are the worst ever and I so wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering from them. Please don't make the same mistake - heed my advice and the other reviews on this site. I will stick with ASOS, who have never let me down.
I am even annoyed that I had to give them 1 star out of 5 - they so do not deserve even that much but I wasn't given zero as an option! The worst company I have ever, ever dealt with. STAY AWAY.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM OLI!
Truely the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Ordered a maxi dress for a birthday do, and a week and a half later I email THEM to ask where my order is, they then tell me that it will not arrive until a month later. Not impressed, I asked for them to cancel the order, which they wouldn't. They said I could refuse delivery, after trying to fight it, I realised I would not be getting anywhere, so regardless if I liked the dress or not, I decided I would return it out of principle.
To top it off, during the week it was due to arrive, I return from work to find a "sorry we missed" you note from their courier that left little details on the card but scribbled on it "parcel in bin shed left on wood shelf" the most unsafe place to leave a parcel, in a bin shed where kids hang out, surprise surprise, the parcel was not there. I have emailed the and yet to receive a responce.
Truely TERRIBLE customer service, unwilling to help and the worse courier service on the planet.

Never in my life have I been SO disgusted with customer service and quality of goods and EVERYTHING. Horrendous website, horrendous staff, absolutely disgusted. They refuse to refund me as I paid on my mother's card, and I no longer live in the UK, yet they wish to speak to an account holder and i spend time emailing them ALL the info they request and more and still refuse me a refund. ATROCIOUS. They must be breaking some sort of law. Someone needs to shut them down. Thieves.
