“No longer in business”

ONE TO WATCH CHEAP PRICES FOR MOST THINGS APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolute nightmare of a company very rude and zero customer service we had ran into two series problems trying to recover our full refund back of £693 as this company agreed to do so once both TV’s that were cosmetically marked returned to them as we were not offered anything else. Following there instructions both TV’S were returned and expecting a full refund as this was in a written email to us also we were told verbally that a full refund would be granted. As expected they denied that both TV’S were marked despite having photographic evidence they were only refunding minus £60 for the return of both sets. I had to seek legal advice and contacted trading standards and in the end I had to settle for £60 less than the full refund that was promised to us once both TV’S were in there possession.I also received emails from this company trying to blackmail us in not to write reviews as they intended to take a further £120 minus the full refund. Sony would not grant the warranty as they were adamant they do not sell under any circumstances to any retailer either what they described b graded or used refurbished products. I would seriously urge people to think twice when purchasing online electronics from this company if something goes wrong as there is no reasoning with them you will regret it. I would recommend that you shop around as the cheapest products when shopping online is not always the best way to go as we found that out for sure. From my own experience I found Amazon very helpful good choice of products and most important friendly and helpful customer service since then we have bought a TV from them and came in pristine condition as it should!!! Use at your own Perl I have never experienced such a nightmare of any online purchase ever. PS Customer service is not something you buy but expect when spending any amounts into any online retailer!!!! Response I suggest you improve your service ATTITUDE and MANNER and take note from this truthful review as its staying and not being removed!!!! YOU CANNOT proof that we physically put on bogus reviews regarding any of your customers that obviously found the need in the first place to leave negative feedback on dented product which doesn’t surprise me with this company. I suggest that you do not in the future send any USED STOCK REFUBISHED to any customers that do wish to buy from you in the future as we certainly won't be. BBC watch dog have been in touch and I will only be too willing to discuss this nightmare that we went through with your so called good company. You only offered to get the TV inspected when both marked TV'S were returned both of them on your instructions following an email for full refund which i have proof of!! It’s obvious that we would not be present when both TV'S were to be inspected from our past experience with this company it certainly would have not been both marked TV'S THAT WERE SENT BACK TO YOU!!!! Maybe this is the reason for cheap electrics as there prices are unrealistic to say the least that would explain the reasons why people receive items ether marked dented or seriously cosmetically marked on both TV'S that we received!!!!!! As I said use at your own Perl as there are plenty of other retailers out there whom would value your custom and treat you like a valid customer and appreciate your custom. Examples are Amazon UK Lasckeys online who's customer service and attitude is second to none. Do your self’s a favour people and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere you will not regret it. PS leaving your number for people to contact you is sad for your defense also to use previous customers to get back at us obviously going to slate us off for telling the truth PATHETIC . Sorry that you are annoyed for telling the truth of what happened when we bought this TV from you and failed to sort it out twice in the way it should have been i.e. professional manner and attitude!!! I have copied and pasted this review in every website available for people to see also it doesn't surprise us when there is positive reviews appear after our review as nothing surprises me of this company to deliberate put on good reviews about their self and guest reviews on the review centre on their own defence rather sad and pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As people need to hear the real goings on of this company. People do your research into this company very carefully and to there were about their so-called two Acers of industrial warehouse when in fact it looks like a house in the country VERY STRANGE INDEED!!! Update on this review the only reason we decided to except the refund from you minus £60 for the return of the TV's as we could not afford to take you to court!! we had already lost out £60 despite the email that came from your female worker confirming when they were returned a full refund would be granted as she didn't have the time and energy to bothered by this LIKE WISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Believe me if I could afford to take you to court I would have taken this the whole road!!! Check out the complaints board for this company and decide as wither you would pay £693.97 for a so called brand new TV as there are photo's of this TV we received from them. t seams this company have been up-to there dirty tricks again posting threads on websites posing as members when in fact they were staff members caught out trying to convince people they were the company to buy from. Unfortunately for them experienced members caught them out comical as It appears strangely after this company receive negative reviews there are lot of anonymous positive reviews posted around the net BEWARE!!

“Not a happy experience!”

Ordered a Panasonic DVD recorder that could play multi region dvds on 24th March. Heard nothing more so chased by email on 20th April to be told stock should be received w/c 5th May. By 15th May had heard nothing more so sent an email which went unanswered so I phoned to be told that the stock had been delayed and would not arrive until first week of June (the lady was helpful hence the solitary star). When the goods were sent there was no discussion about a date - it simply would arrive on a certain day. I took that day off work but it didn't arrive - got mislaid in a delivery centre. Took the next day off and it did turn up marked "plays Region 2 only" - there was a penned "multi region" on the label and the goods are actually as ordered. So too long to arrive and not kept informed. I've seen many positive reviews so maybe I was unlucky. I'd suggest it would be best to order if you see they actually currently have the item you want in stock.

“Buyer beware”

Found details on a price comparison website. Found Panasonic SC-HTE180EBK Soundstage at £217 (compared with £258 as cheapest elsewhere). I ordered item & heard nothing so I called today to chase & I have been advised that they no longer have stock & didn't expect any for a few weeks and price would be dearer so they had automatically cancelled my order & refunded. They advised that the email would probably be in my spam folder. Now see their price at £249 and I bet they are in stock. Very dodgy...you have been warned

Nor sure what you feel is "dodgy", Panasonic ran an offer to dealer which ended a few days before your order. Hence the new stock was at a dearer price clearly explained when your order was eceived by email.

“Poor Customer Service!”

Well, I made an order with this company after reading many glowing reviews, and at present I'm very disappointed with them. The item was purchased 11 November 2013 and was marked 'in stock', so according to their terms, should have been delivered between 24-48 hrs Acknowledgment of sale was emailed straight away, but since then I have heard nothing even after two polite emailed enquiries! I will now have to phone them tomorrow to see what's going on and will add to this review at a later date.

This is correct, unfortunately despite being told by Delonghi that the delivery was on its waY, IT DID NOT ARRIVE. We are in the hands of the suppliers who are generally very good as vcan be seen on the reviews on this site, on thsi ocassion it was not the case, apoogies and all funds should have been refunded on the day notified.

Ok, thanks for your honesty and the payment was refunded ok.
Just unfortunate about your lack of communications in telling me it wasn't coming, as I was just waiting for delivery all that time.
When I did phone & spoke to one of your staff, he seemed a bit dismissive, and said there was no more stock coming in until January earliest, and he insisted that I should have received an email telling me this. I didnt. The ONLY email received from cheapelectricals was to acknowledge the order.

“AWFUL”

Absolute Joke of a company, rang the company before christmas to make sure if we placed an order on the 19th December it would be here by christmas they reassured us it would. A month on and the item still had not arrived and after various messages being left we were never contacted, eventually got hold of them they came up with a number of terrible excuses and said a new one would be sent. True to their word a new one was dispatched and received the next day but it was not even the product we ordered, it almost felt it was a decoy to buy them time to get an item in which they have never had in stock, refused the parcel and demanded a full refund!! Would avoid at all expenses in this instance it is not worth saving the £2 compared to the likes of amazon or comet!!!!

“I would avoid them ..”

I have placed the order on 28th of Dec on the basis that it will be despatched by 31st, I received the confirmation email that says no deliveries between 25th and Jan 2nd, where there were now indication on the website whatsoever that. On 3rd they emailed me that item is out of stock and will be back on 7th, checking the website again and it says that it is in stock!! Why don't they just post delivery delays on the website? If the item is out of stock, why does that not reflecting on your website? I wrote an email to them and requested a refund, they did not even apologise about anything and just refunded the money. I bought the item from Amazon that was delivered next day, I paid £10 extra but for my peace of mind.

This customer is placing this review everywhere, sadly he fails to say that the site clearly explained on the home page and on the order confirmation.
"NO DELIVERIES WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN DEC 21st and Jan 2nd."

So why expect it on Dec 31st we have no idea?

During the Xmas period similar to most on line retailers we were not in a position to amend stock details until Jan 2nd, when we duly updated the situation and the customer.

We are more than happy for people to place poor reviews if that is how they feel, but accurate one's would help!

“Panasonic Blu-ray player BDT500”

I initially purchased the item on June 4th 2012 and was advised there was a 2-3 week delay. After that period passed I chased up the item and also explained that I was concerned hat Panasonics Blu-ray offer may expire before I receive the product code to claim. I was then passed a random number and told I could enter it to claim. This was not the case. After further correspondence I as advised that they would contact Panasonic for further information - this was around 4 weeks ago and I still have not derived a reply. The item has finally turned up after 8 weeks but I still have not received the free Blu-rays as advertised on the website.

Panasonic run their OWN redemption on line administration totally out of our control.

“Never anything in stock, horrendous service”

I ordered a microwave from them as the price looked competitive, but after one email telling me the lead time will be 4 weeks as the items is out of stock I never heard back from them. Follow up email queries went unanswered. Their website looks busted, there is no contacts page where one can look up phone numbers to call them. It is a scam as Panasonic would never quote 4 weeks for delivery; in fact the same product was available for immediate dispatch on other websites! I would say stay away from these guys, they must be up to something dodgy.

We were not (and still are not) sure how serious to take this?
1. We supply hundreds of products from stock on a daily basis.
2. We respond to live chat and telephone promptly 9-5pm Mon-Fri.
3. Telephone no. is clearly displayed at the top of the screen.
4.Panasonic sadly have long waits on several products as do SOny, Sharp and others.
5. Emails were sent updating all NNGD371s sales as this item was subject to a positive "WHICH" review and resulted in low stocks.
6.If this anonymous customer contacts us we will willing send him copies of the emails for his order (if he ever placed one with us) as we reply to all sales orders.
7. As for "it's a scam" if so we have been getting away with it un-noticed for 13 years on line??? And the hundreds of positive reviews and Google ratings seems to elude this customer.
8.As for the site being "BUSTED" we assume this to be a technical term for not working, if so how did he place his order?
SO all we can say is we thought we would reply, although frankly i think someone is pulling our leg?

If we are wrong would the customer call us on the NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED AT THE TOP OF EVERY PAGE ON OUR WEB SITE!

“Slow, poor website”

Ordered a toaster from them. 3 weeks later still awaiting. Heard nothing so e-mailed them, still heard nothing. E-mailed them again. This time i got a reply saying that they are out of stock (no indication of this either on website or at anypoint during ordering or since) and that it should be in next week. Can't contact them by phone unless yo are going to spend money with them otherwise they do't want to talk to you. Poor customer service, and still awaiting, should have gone to Amazon!!!!

We are sorry to read this review, and take all negative reviews very seriously. Firstly we do NOT charge premium rates for telesales, we are not sure why this customer thinks this??? We only charge £5 for taking orders via the phone as we are a on line retailer and do not feel customers who are happy to use technology should fund those that want orders taken manually .

regarding the item being out of stock, we had emailed this customer advising that it had sold out on the day we received the order, we can only assume their PC filtered this out into the spam folder, which is why we advise adding us to safe sender lists.

I wasn't allowed to buy my product because I questioned a £10 delivery charge (for apparently living in the Highlands - when I actually live in Central Scotland). I had the great misfortune to speak to the Managing Director (aka Sales Prevention Director) - he was rude and abusive - he clearly likes to hand select his customers ie ones that don't question his policies. Go to Amazon - they are pleasant, they don't charge for delivery of this item and they don't shout at you. All in all this is the most appalling 'service' I have EVER encountered.

Mr Keith Bennett, placed his order and clicked on the button that advised him about an extra £10 charge for his specific postcode. When he enquired about the his order we explained we were awaiting confirmation from an email we sent him, confirming that he agreed the charge. He claimed not to have received it , which we assume was because his spam filter had filtered it out. We again advised him of the charge, to which he claimed we had 'conned' him and this was our way of making a delivery charge! When he eventually looked at our T&C's which clearly showed his post code as a charge, he said...\" Ok youv'e got me there, well ok, but I will never shop with you again\", to which i said if he felt we were that unscrupulous, then he would do better to shop elsewhere. We do not 'con, or deceive anyone\" and we take exception to Customer's who claim we are out to mislead them.Our reviews on this site say it all, and I invited him to place this review, just to show we are unbiased. Everything we do and have done on this site since 1999, has been clear and up front. I as MD decided we did not want his business and wished him good luck shopping elsewhere, which is our prerogative. MAy I add he was also rude and abusive both by email and by telephone. Even my staff have the right to be protected from customers who feel because they are spending money they can abuse hard working employees. I hope he finds a alternative supplier who will be available to accept his abuse.

So there's the cost (no mention of extra delivery charges) and, dear reader, you have already seen that I live, according to the original cheapelectricals.co.uk email, on the 'Mainland' - which of course I do - Dunblane is, and always has been, in Central Scotland, not the Highlands and Islands...If I had clicked to accept an extra delivery charge why wasn't it mentioned on this email?

Also, it's good to know that you issue confirmation emails as per the following:

\\\"A confirmation email will be sent to you between 1700 - 1730 hrs the evening before delivery\\\".

That's nice and handy isn't it? Gives a customer plenty of notice to make sure they're in for the delivery.

I still haven't received your emails requesting agreement to payment of a delivery charge...despite checking my spam filters and junk emails - and, looking at other feedback on this site, it would appear that I'm not alone in not receiving emails you claim to have sent.

Now as 'Jobszy' himself says:

If almost 1 in 5 of my customers didn't recommend me, I'd be rather worried - it's bit like saying \\\"84.1% of our planes landed\\\" - so what about the 15.9% that didn't?! If I had had the good fortune previously to see this site and the ratings by customers I would never have placed an order with this company. Let's face it if you saw this kind of rating for an ebay seller,.... well, you wouldn't do business with them would you?

Jobszy - take a long hard look at what the 15.9% are saying - because you are clearly NOT doing something 'correct'.

And just for the record Jobszy, my clients have seen your website; your company's legalese email acknowledgement of order (that according to the legal blurb isn't an order); the feedback on this website (one of the most recent pieces of feedback we have seen is 'poo'); and your replies to my comments and they find it HILARIOUS, but also somewhat DEPRESSING!

And finally, I take complete exception to your previous comments that I was rude and abusive during our telecon - you know that I wasn't, and so do my family who were all witness to my behaviour and tone during the call. I could not have been nicer to you - you were the one who chose to be abusive and rude - and I was the one who chose to terminate the call - due to your behaviour.

I feel that I have to reply to Jobsy's response:

When I placed my order online I had assumed that my order had been accepted - given the ad online stated free mainland delivery - if there were to have been any additional charges I would have assumed that I would not have been able to submit my order...isn't that how professional websites work?

I did not receive any email requesting my acceptance of a delivery charge (and I did check my junk mail / spam filter) - hence my query to the chat room to find out what was happening with my order.

I was told by the first person I chatted with that I had to pay a £10 delivery charge because (in their words) I was in the Highlands and Islands area - which I'm not. I was told that all couriers classed my postcode as being in the Highlands and Islands area (news to me - I live in Central Scotland). I reluctantly agreed to pay the charge to allow my order to be despatched.

I then received an email from the courier informing me of my tracking number. I decided to phone the courier to clarify if my postcode was deemed as 'Highlands and Islands' - they assured me it was not.

I then contacted the online chat room again this time explaining what I had been told by the courier and expressing (politely) my dissatisfaction - the response was abrupt and not at all customer friendly - \"we'll cancel your order, we don't like your attitude etc\". Let's be clear here - at no point did I use the words 'con' or 'deceive'.

I requested that my concern be escalated - then I called Mr Jobsz. I can assure all readers of this review that I was calm and polite - it was Mr Jobsz who was not - in fact I decided to terminate the call given his attitude towards me. If one of my customers has a concern I do everything in my power to understand their problem and resolve it - this is clearly not a policy that cheapelectricals.co.uk have - and that's a great pity.

I would encourage other readers of this review site to scan through a few pages of feedback on this company - and you will see that I am not alone in my dissatisfaction.

Mr Jobsz says that 'Everything we do and have done on this site since 1999, has been clear and up front' - I beg to differ. If everything was clear on the site then certain customers would not have had the difficulties they have had navigating and understanding the website and they would not have provided the feedback they have on this review site. If an organisation truly listens to what its customers are saying it can understand how to improve service - from the customer's point of view - and eliminate unnecessary customer contacts...

Anyway, I'd like to thank Mr Jobsz for this experience - I now have a marvelous story to tell my clients about how not to deliver service...

And yes, I did find an alternative supplier whose website is easy to navigate, that does not send 'contractual' emails and that did not charge me for delivery - they're called Amazon.

I'll be sticking with them in future.

“Appalling customer service”

Item advertised as in stock and available for next day delivery - and as it was the cheapest available, I leapt at it. I received an email acknowledgement of the order - then nothing. Three days later, I emailed customer services, to be told that "delivery would be in seven days" - so I emailed back to cancel the order. I then got ANOTHER email stating they were "sorry - but the item is out of stock" and they "had no date for when they'd be getting new stock in". Would they have emailed me to let me know it was going to be 7 days to deliver had I not contacted them? And how could they possibly give me a prospective delivery date if they had no idea when they'd be re-stocked? A really bad experience which I will not repeat - company has lost a potentially lucrative customer. Really annoyed.

“Terrible service! I've ordered a bluray in December...”

Terrible service! I've ordered a bluray in December and still waiting (February now). They have not sent any emails/notification that the product was out of stock and I've to chase them constantly. It seems that hey can't be bothered to reply even.

This was the first and last time I've used tem. back to amazon!

“I placed an order for Samsung SR8855 (SR8855L4B)...”

I placed an order for Samsung SR8855 (SR8855L4B) NaviBot Robotic Vacuum Cleaner on 20/11/2010 expecting to take delivery within a few days as it was marked "Available Now". I subsequently received confirmation of my order stating that items marked "Available Now" can take 14-28 days to deliver, this was not made clear on the website. This was a slight annoyance, not a major issue.

I then received an email on 08/12/2010 stating that new stock of the item would not be available until the first week of January. Why was the website saying "Available Now" when in fact they weren't in a position to guarantee stock availability?

I was offered the opportunity to cancel my order, and they did confirm no funds would be taken from me until the item was delivered, which is fair.

I decided to wait. I did not hear anything further so I chased via email on 10/01/2011, I received a very prompt, albeit suspicious reply on the same day stating new stock is due in that day and I would receive confirmation of the delivery time between 4 and 5pm. No confirmation came.

I chased via email on the 15/01/2011, 20/01/2011, 23/01/2011 and failed to receive a single response to my emails. Over 2 months after placing the order I have today emailed them stating I wish to cancel my order. I just hope they read my email and do actually cancel the order!

Interestingly they are still advertising this item as "Available Now". I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The customer service offered by this company, in my experience, is nothing short of appalling. I will not use a company again who does not offer a customer services telephone line. I see in response to other negative feedback that they offer a live chat service on their website, maybe it's only available at certain times of the day midweek, every time I have logged on to the website it has not been available.

We can confirm that the item concerned was delayed and in fact was dispatched yesterday ( although without knowing the specific order we cannot be certain it was this customer.)

<br/>Regarding emails all emails are answered, but many customers spam filters divert them to their spam box, we no control over this other than to advise ( as we do) to add www.cheapelectricals.co.uk to th e safe sender list.
<br/>
<br/>regarding live chat, this option is available mon-fri 9am to 5.30pm, we are not aware of any faults on this system, and we advertise a tel line on every page for sales enquiries where we can be contacted?
<br/>
<br/>In conclusion, it was disappointing to have had stock delayed by Samsung, but emails were sent and all customers were kept up to date in all cases and we were always contactable by phone or email or live chat.

Further to my last reply, we have just done checks on our Live Chat service and found out that the live chat service has in fact been down since Fri Jan 21st and is currently being fixed, we do apologise, but cannot understand why the customer did not use the tel number quoted on every home page?

“I bought Audi system on line where it indicated it was...”

I bought Audi system on line where it indicated it was in stock. Whilst it checked stock the price increased! I still ordered it as it was the second lowest price. I read the reviews before ordering and thought 4 out of 5 are positive. I got email confirmation of order quickly. Nothing then happened till 4 days later they email me saying item is out of stock until first week in Feb. I ordered 2 weeks ago!! Before ordering I checked their Small Print about their delivery lead-time but no sign of this! Not really happy waiting a month. ;(

Still waiting for delivery of a HDMI lead ordered on 15th December. Dont think about using this company. Customer service non existent. Havent replied to numerous emails. No phone number available for complaints. Complete shambles. Lucky i don't live to far away as i will be going up there to knock there door down!!!

This ia a very strange review. Firstly we answer all emails, scondly we are only a clcik away from a live chat conversation so we could have resolved this very quickly, and thirdly we have a telephone number on the home page?

I was pleased to find this vendor. Their price was the cheapest and they seemed to have good reviews. However, I wish I had never come across them. They took my money and confirmed my order, then sent an email stating that the laptop would be delivered within 24-48 hours. The next I heard was that they didn't have the laptop in stock and had cancelled my order promissing me a refund. I am still waiting for my refund and my emails go unanswered. I would advise everyone to steer clear of cheapelectricals.co.uk. A cheap price isn't worth the hastle.

There were only two of this item in stock and over the Xmas period we over sold by one unit, we notified this to the customer the next working day of accepting her order. We checked with Sony to verify earliest delivery and were told no stock was due for several weeks. The customer felt that as her local Sony centre had stock then we should??? Not sure how this logic applies.

<br/>Regarding unanswered emails, this customer was using a works email address that had a firewall and all our replies were returned undeliverable, not much we can do on that score. Secondly she called our offices on the day by telephone twice and we confirmed her refund was done on morning she called us. I am NOT sure what more she wanted us do?

Tried to purchase a TV and was given email confirmation of the price and told to place the order online. When I tried (the same day I received confirmation of stock and price) the price had gone up considerably. I emailed twice with no response. I then had a live chat (IM) with the sales team who were incredibly rude and refused to honour the original price advertised and quoted.

I would have purchased the TV at the higher price as it was still a competitive price, however the sales team were so rude and the lack of response to previous communication put me off.

Appalling customer service which is a shame considering the many other good reviews.

The customer in question was told on numerous ocassions that prices vary by the hour, and only limited stock is held at any particular price and when we go back to suppliers prices can chnage. Despite having this explained and then trying to negotiate a cheaper price we could not appease them, some you win some you lose. Had the customer purchased at the time of discussing then the price would NOT have chnanged, but by delaying they mised he opportunity. But rude staff, i do not think so the reviews on here do not tell that story, but sadly when a customer does not get teh answer they want then the staff are rude!

Despite website saying in stock and delivery in 24 hours took 4 days and numerous emails for them to confirm the TV would not delivered for at least 4 weeks (end of Jan).

By then I had missed the opportunity of ordering the tv from anyone else with guaranteed xmas delivery.

We have to hold our hands upo to this one, Xmas is always a ricky time and stock moves fast we try and keep everyone informed and on this ocassion try as we did we could not secure stock in time for Xmas, but gave everyone enought time to order from alternative suppliers.

Well upon reading other peoples reviews of this company i thought i would go ahead and place order.That was 3 days ago.I have had one email from them (auto generated) to say order is placed and a whole list of rules that they use to check out who you are etc,even quoting the electrol roll!!As my product was stated as in stock it should have been "shipped out overnight" ive sent them emails to ask for approx delivery but NO ANSWER.ps they only communicte by email.I am now worried as i could have bought from amazon bar the fact c.e threw in a hdmi lead (wow).still waiting...

“Where do I begin! ”

Where do I begin!

I was so happy to find the Vacume Cleaner I wanted cheaper than any where else! I read there terms and conditions to see that if they state that an item is 'in stock' it will be delivered 24-48 hours after the order was made. If the item states 'available now' it means it is at the warehouse and it will take 5-10 working days.

The hoover i wanted to buy stated it was in stock so i imedietly made a purchase.
I recieved a confirmaition email straight away explaining that if your item is in stock it will arrive in 24-28 hours.

I waited at home for TWO DAYS!! During the second day I felt I should get in touch with the sales department to find out if it was actually being delivered that day.

I looked every where on there website for a phone number but I couldn't find one so I sent them an email, and another and another, 3 emails and still no responce!

Finally after checking my bank to find that payment had not been taken I searched and searched and managed to find a phone number for a sister company.

When I got through they explained to me that the item I wanted isn't in stock and wont be until the end of the following week! I told him that the website states that it was in stock and he refused to believe me! I was shocked! I managed to prove it to him and decided that I will continue with the order as I knew I wouldn't find it as cheap any where else (so I thought!)

When I got off the phone I checked my emails and I finally had recieved an email from them, explaining what I already knew and stated that the vacume cleaner would not be in stock for another month!!! I was fureous!

Enough was enough!

I have canceled my order and have found it cheaper at Tesco (good old Tesco's never let me down!) I am picking it up in store in a few days.

Never buying from cheaqp electricals again!!

As usual we respond to all negative reviews, and we have to say the site did in fact sate 'in stock, how ever , it stated in stock under the 5 year warranty and NOT the item concerned.
<br/>But fully understand the confusion and this has been amended. Also as the customer stated we always keep customers informed by email, regarding having trouble finding our tel no?? IT is clearly displayed on the home page under the sales Number?
<br/>Never the less take on board the comments and have fixed the error regarding the stock position.
<br/>Many customers assume they have not had replies, but do not check spam boxes, where many Internet providers filter this out.
