this machine is a worst of money please do not buy even at gun point on the heard.

bought this vac poor customer service the hose plastic falling apart to replace cose £67 could buy another hoover with that money wheels falling off i might as well bin it

The worst vacuum cleaner money can buy. The motor got burned! We bought it 4 months ago and we used it twice a week in a house which is 90m2 only. It takes me about half an hour to vacuum the whole house. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless someone wants to through away his money.

I have to admit that the it's color is beautiful...

This is the worst Hoover on the market,and when you seek advice from LG regarding plastic parts which crack,they are not covered by the warranty,even when they are one of the most important part of the hoover.

Do not by anything LG no customer service what so ever.

LG should stick to making TV's! Overall just poorly designed and does not do what it says on the tin. Poor dust head design, large, cumbersome and cotinually clogging, a real mess to empty, poor suction, extreemly heavy, poor cable position, but it does play a tune when you switch on - really useful!! This is definately the worst vaccum cleaner I have ever had the missfortune to buy, my advice do not buy.

this LG VKC902HT is OK at first but then over heated and started to cut out. Head will not pick up any fluff at all! Waste of time.

The only good bit is the little tune it plays as you switch it on!!!

absolute rubbish. I had my LG VKC902HT machine for just over a year in which time it was very average especially at picking up dog hair or bits of fluff. Then it started over heating and blowing the fuse after only a few minutes use. I tried everything I could think of to fix problem (cleaned filters ect) but this only made problem worse. There are loads of better products out there for less money.

3 weeks after I bought the LG VKC902HT, dirt and dust clogged up the 'mechanism' of the floor tool - basically internal dirt in the mechanism meant the turbo part of the brush wouldn't turn. It needed more than a clean from me - to do it properly the brush needed to be dismantled. I took it back to the shop, they cleaned it but again the mechanism snarled up repeatedly, meaning nothing was sucked up by the cleaner. The suction was still powerful but because the brush blocked the airway by not turning it meant only the smallest of things could be sucked up. A small handheld could have picked up more! The brush has a special attachment to the tubes so getting a 'universal' head tool to fit was impossible. LG didnt do any spare for it!!! All the other tools worked, but as the floor tool is the main piece of equipment needed for this vacuum cleaner then it made the machine useless. It ended up being a very expensive stair cleaning machine! I really feel it is very badly designed. All that technology to ensure great suction and then the plastic brush ruins it all. In the end husband sawed off the 'click' mechanism on the end of tube so a normal head could be fitted. Vacuum worked but not ideal. Now in the process of looking for a new vacuum cleaner. I felt that the specific nature of the way the attachments fit meant that if they break you may have to throw baby out with bath water as finding a spare part is almost impossible.

I had my LG VKC902HT for over a year and was really happy with it at first but the rotating head part (which you pay extra for) doesnt work and its really heavy to take around especially upstairs. After a year I was offered insurance by Domestic and General which I took out and I am so glad, the vacuum started overheating and cutting out after only using if for a short time. Domestic and General sent it for repair but after being gone for 6 weeks and then again for another 2 weeks Domestic and General refunded the full purchase price. I wouldnt recommend this vacuum, but if you have one I would recommend taking out any extended insurance offered.
