I think the Off Plan Property Exchange site could be good in the future when they start adding more properties to it - useful to find off plan properties for sale without having to go through a property investment club.

I was told about this site through a property conference I went to last week - general feeling was that no-one had done this before and it was a great idea. I wish you luck but would imagine that others will be trying to follow.

Site seems very straightforward and I've already seen a deal I might want to follow up on. Off Plan Property Exchange could be a good place to check every now and again if you are in the market for new build investments.

“Off Plan Property Exchange is the only site I know of...”

Off Plan Property Exchange is the only site I know of that is dedicated to the sale and re-sale of off plan property. Most other off plan sites promote their own stock and charge commission either from the purchaser or the seller or both.

This site charges a flat £1.00 per day per property advert - which is very cheap, especially if you sell in a day, a week or a month.

<br/>Thanks for your comments - very honest. We have taken yours and many other positive comments on board and agree that the look could be sharper. We are re-branding the site as we speak, and expect to have it ready for the beginning of November.

<br/>The new site will have the added benefit pushing property adverts out to fish4homes.co.uk and several other portals which will make your £1.00 per day work that bit harder.
