I found the process from start to set up very easy. I feel I was listen too and given all the right advice. I felt like I was treated fairly and as an individual to my current circumstances. The only delay was waiting for a creditor to send details and I feel I had to keep calling to ask for an update. I appreciate you've now called me to advise you had the information and it's all agreed however it would of been nice for an update phone call in between or email. I was feeling really stressed because I am struggling with money. I needed a payment holiday as I need to catch up my council tax Feb and March before end of tax year. I felt quite comfortable talking to this staff member. She made me feel I was relevant. After she told me that it was ok to have the payment holiday I asked if I could discuss my situation. We were able to calculate income and outgoings and then reduce my payments temporarily so that I can catch up with myself.
