The mattresses on this site all have 5 year manufacturer's guarantee; ours has lasted 7 years so far and we have decided to invest in a new one and relegate the original to the guest bed. Our "body patterns" have only just begun to be very slightly visible on the mattresses suggesting that the foam is beginning to be a teeny bit less elastic and bounce-back than when new. Still much more comfortable though than when an odd spring in a sprung mattress starts to lose its springiness.

From the moment the mattress arrived (as a tightly curled cylinder - far far easier to manipulate through narrow doorways or up stairs)I knew I was onto something. Already I could see how much less of a chore it would be making the bed, tucking in sheets without having to lift a hefty weight. Oh so much better for our backs! And memory foam mattresses need no turning!

We left the new mattress to "recover" its flat form overnight and I tried it out next day for an afternoon nap. Such bliss. Comfort from the get-go.

At bedtime there was none of that slow rolling towards the centre which happens all too quickly with some sprung mattresses and this has been true for the whole of the 7 years. Our mattress is on a wooden frame and it is telling that the slats of the bed base have never shown up on the mattress when I remove the cover for washing. Proof if any were needed that the foam really does recover exceptionally well from any pressure put on it.

Most sleep specialists recommend that mattresses should be renewed every decade at least so, given the amazing value offered by the Mather family, who run the business, our purchase has been exceptionally good all round. Better still, I find that the prices have not really gone up since my original purchase.

I can heartily recommend the memory foam mattresses supplied by this company - in fact I have done so many times. If those recommendations haven't always resulted in purchases, I believe it is because there is still a lot of false beliefs about memory foam. For my money, they are as usefully long lasting as sprung ones, they are more comfortable and support and "give" in the right places making any sleeping position comfortable; they are NOT "hot" (at least no more so than any mattress on a sultry summer night) and the Evolution Mattress I purchased offers plenty of support whilst not feeling in the least bit hard.

There is no better commendation than a returning customer and I am glad to have become one today; eagerly awaiting my brand new memory mattress!

This is the fourth mattress topper I have bought from this company- bought different sizes for my family-now we all cant sleep without a Topper on bed ! Extremely comfortable good value for money and I highly recommend this company as they were very helpful with prompt service .

Having bought our first memory mattress from this company a few years ago, it was the first website we looked at when we decided to purchase another as we were very impressed with the service and quality of the mattress. The prices quoted were very competitive and it was so nice to buy something made in the UK rather than yet another import, which proves we can still manufacture good quality and reasonably priced products. Ordered on 11th June and received detailed confirmation emails with tracking info. Mattress arrived just after noon the next day, delivery and two pillows included in the price. Excellent well made product, extremely comfortable. Thoroughly recommend this family run company, long may they continue.

Our memory foam mattress was delivered when requested, however the packaging was damaged and after we removed all the packaging we discovered that the mattress cover was also damaged. We contacted the company straight away. There was no verbal apology and we were told to photograph the damage and send the images via email, which we did. A bit of a hassle!

A new cover was ordered and we had to make ourselves available for a second day to wait for that delivery.

This should not be happening.

We did get a confirmation email of the new cover delivery and an apology. But not good enough.

That said the memory foam mattress is comfortable and cannot fault it after a couple of weeks use.

Fantastic mattress great quality mattress and cover. Offers great support and comfort. Best nights sleep in along time .. Great service was delivered on time and great service from the advisor, we will recommend.
