A complaint takes 5-7 working days to process. A replacement card cannot be sent until the complaint is resolved and takes 10-15 working days to arrive and then has to be registered to the account. New Day cancelled cards which we wanted to retain and did not send a replacement card when one expired. So we complained and then heard nothing save the timescales above. A regrettable service not worthy of our continuing business.
