AA Credit Card

I recently applied for a AA credit Card as my rating is excellent and yet I was turned down based on an a assumption made by a automated system.

I contacted AA Complaints Executive Team who was the most unhelpful people going as they was not interested in hearing what I had to say from my findings and referred me to there Card Handler Bank of Ireland.

I contacted Bank of Ireland and emailed twice and it took over a month to get a confirmation to state they cannot trace my application.

I contacted AA complaints again and was only advised this matter is nothing to do with AA as its the card handler concern..even though it is an AA card and has there logo all over the advertising.

Customer service overall very poor, no assistance to resolve or to take on custom so don't waste your tie in getting a credit search done.
