If i could give minus I would. Ordered some dog food on repeat (ever 4 weeks) notified it was dispatched and eagerly awaited order. Nothing came so chased with courier who said they had no record. This happened over the course of 20/04 till now. Sent lots of emails chasing this. Got responded to with vague apologies and no clear indication of when I could expect my order. I'm convinced they oversold the product and just left us short. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

Here at Pet Wellbeing we do not offer dog food, may I ask if you may be reviewing another company?
We offer herbal supplements for cats and dogs, these are either in a powder form, a liquid tincture and we now offer our new line of herbal Chewies.

“DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS”

After being a loyal customer for over a decade and never complaining about any of their products when they did not work, I made a call to them because my probiotic turned hard as a rock. Literally a rock. Hot water over the rock-like substance would not even melt it! The phone call lasted over 30 minutes with a condescending male rep, and he decided he would not stand behind this product. You'd be better off throwing $50 out of a window, guys!! Please understand that I have dozens of products that I have ordered from other companies that do not turn hard after really long shelf-lives.......... The rep's solution was to give me "loyalty" points! What a joke to get loyalty points if you NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. You've been warned.

“Post Op Laryngeal paralysis operation”

Our gorgeous 12 year old Wheaten Terrier had tie back surgery for laryngeal paralysis 4 weeks ago. He has really struggled with the soft coughing and roaring sound since the operation but we were told this was probable for quite a few weeks and the soft cough would probably still continue just not as bad as pre Op. I decided to try Throat Gold 2 weeks after his operation and didn't notice very much difference. After giving it to him for a week I decided to stop it for a few days to see if there was any change. There certainly was as he was back to gagging far more. I started it up again and I can only say he is definitely better on it than he is off it. We are 4 weeks today from the Op and I would say today has been his best yet. It will not totally cure the gagging or cough but the improvement is there for us to see. I would always say don't expect a miracle but as far as we are concerned any improvement to his quality of life is worth it.

“Throat Gold”

I have used Throat Gold for about 3 years now on my 10lb Maltese/Pom. I would not trade it for the world! It is the only thing that will calm Jake's cough and choking. I can use it more than a couple of times a day without him objecting - and he loves the taste because he licks every drop off my hands! Jake cannot take pills in any manner and must have all meds and supplements in liquid form so Throat Gold is my go-to throat relief. I also use the phlegm heat syrup when he needs his throat coated more. We are in the process of using CBD oil but have not decided if that is helping yet. It is not his favorite taste - and he let's us know that! THANK YOU THROAT GOLD. It gives Jake instant relief when needed ! Customer in Central Oregon

I followed the directions exactly and the next time my dog had his blood drawn for lab work I was so surprised that his values went way down. I can't emphasize enough that if you are thinking to try it, just order and find out for yourself. It is so true and it made me feel like I was really helping my pet. “Still Going Strong...............”

Early last year, our twelve year old Elk Hound was diagnosed with bladder cancer, and we were told that even with chemotherapy, she would be unlikely to live long. She was really unwell, and had stopped eating. I had read about Pet Well Being on line, and in desperation I purchased a bottle of 'Life Gold' which aids the lymphatic system. As soon as it arrived I put a few drops of the liquid onto a biscuit and managed to persuade her to eat it. The next day she ate a small dish of dog food with the recommended number of drops in it. By the day after, she was eating normally and seemed her old self! Since then she has had Life Gold twice daily; celebrated her thirteenth birthday last Christmas and still has a voracious appetite and zest for life. We are convinced that Life Gold has contributed to her quality of life, and helps her to enjoy it fully.

“Shipping Confusion”

This company is located in Canada and when I placed my order I selected the ground shipping. I received an email from the company giving the date the product was shipped and the date and a UPS tracking number. The link they provided to UPS never worked. I called them a day after the product was supposed to have been delivered and was told it had been delivered. I advised them the product had not been received so they suggested i go door to door with neighbors and see if any of them received the package. I told them that was not acceptable. They said they would process another order and ship it the following Monday. Meanwhile I contacted UPS by phone and was informed it had been delivered by the Post Office. In America when you are told the shipping will be ground and given a UPS tracking number the package should come to your door. We live in a subdivision where we receive mail at post boxes that are located thruout the commuinty and not on our houses. This is becoming a regular thing in new housing areas. We do not go check our mailbox everyday. Had we known the package was coming by Post Office mail we would have been checking it. It is summer and in Texas that means very very hot weather. I found the package in our mailbox. I did them the courtesy of calling back and canceling the shipment they were going to send to replace the order and the customer service people I spoke with in Canada were not the least bit concerned that the package was delivered by the post office. They did not see any problem with providing a UPS tracking number and not mentioning that UPS would send it to the post office to be delivered. I hope the product works. I am very sorry that there was confusion with your shipping method. We offer a ground shipment but we have a few methods, being UPS Ground, UPS Surepost or USPS First Class Mail. This sounds like it was UPS Surepost, which means that the shipment goes from UPS to the postal service, once in your local area. I am sorry if this was not clear to you. I have spoken to our team to ensure they are giving specific information when giving tracking details going forward.

As for the delivery in hot weather, there is nothing to be alarmed with as our products are not temperature sensitive and can withstand very high heats for long periods of time. We've made sure of this to ensure there would be no issues when delivering to hot cities, like in Texas.

I am very sorry about this again and we want to strive to have the best customer service for you.

I hope the Kidney Support Gold works well for your pet as well! I have some personal history using this on my senior kitty as well.

YES, this product works very well. It brought my Doberman's lab values way down, very surprised!! Sorry to hear your shipping issues unresolved. I too live in a subdivision and it is so hot here in Stockton, CA. that chocolate melts in my usps community box and I had the exact same problem with Amazon, however Amazon was more than willing to fix the problem and bypass the hand off from ups to usps and used private carrier instead. No more melted chocolate. Amazon also sells Pet Wellbeing products which is where I purchase all mine. Good Luck

I ordered Gold Itch on October 9, 2017 and has been waiting til now. Called customer service and was told they sent an email the same day that the item was out of stock. I told him that it didn't say that the product was out of stock when I ordered it. Now I have to wait til Nov 10. I hope Pet wellbeing will notify us if a product is out of order so I can order somewhere else.

This product saved my sweet Jack Russell. Her name is Lucy and she was very very sick. The doctor diagnosed her with liver and kidney condition. She didn't eat or drink water, she couldn't sleep, she was continualy walking all around the house, she began to be agressive. I though I will lose her. She was on Denamarin but that didn't help at all until I found Milk Thistle for liver disease. She is on the third week of treatment and she ia fantastic. She is eating, drinking, sleeping, barking, playing. She is amazing. Thank you Pet Wellbeing for giving my puppy her life back

“WORST customer service”

Pet Wellbeing.com did not care that on two occasions I delayed a scheduled shipment on the autodelivery but the shipment went out anyway. Turned out, there was an old DUPLICATE record in their database that I was being linked to. I had to figure out the problem, and when I did, they did not even acknowledge my email never mind apologize for any inconvenience. I merely received a canned notice that they had canceled my orders and an RMMA to return the unwanted items at my own cost. If their service is so bad, then the company must be driven by greed not quality, so I no longer have any faith in their products. In fact, although I did feel that the old Tripsy helped my Smudge to a longer life, the Kidney Support Gold I gave my Tigger didn't help at all -- he died at age 15 of acute renal failure. Think twice before wasting your money on their products, and expect the WORST customer service ever if anything goes wrong.

I did look into this for you and I do see where they may have been some confusion with your subscription. I can see in the database that you had logged in to your Subscription and had reactivated the items in January. It notes after that there was a Send Shipment Now clicked twice, which would create duplicate orders.
Your email should have been acknowledged and I do apologize if no one responded to you. We strive to ensure all our customers emails are responded to and I am sorry again that it was missed. I will bring this up with the staff here as well.

“Can't say it doesn't work”

My cat was diagnosed with mammary cancer in November 2014. We elected to have surgery to remove the affected chain and when the doctor got in there, found it on both sides. They removed both mammary chains. I also elected to do chemo following the surgery. (My kitty was only about 9 yrs old and I rescued her from a physically abusive home where she had a flea collar placed on her as a kitten that grew into her skin and caused nerve damage and constricted her esophagus.) Needless to say, she had a crappy start. Chemo was tough on her, fried her kidneys. I started her on the cancer formula in May 2015. Her kidney values have returned to normal. She has been in remission for over a year now. They gave her 2 years with surgery and chemo and that will be in November 2016. She has gained weight, weighs more than she ever has in her lifetime. I am about to run out of the product and am afraid to stop it, just in case. So, I can't say it doesn't work, but I'm not about to find out!

“Products I have used are good, customer service not so...”

I have been ordering large quantities of products for the last two years because I do believe they help my pets and my customers' pets. HOWEVER, at least two times that I have ordered, my products do not show up and when I inquire MULTIPLE times (they did not get back to me after leaving messages) I come to find that the product is out of stock. Both times this happened, I was held up for 1 month waiting for products to arrive. No emails or messages were sent to let me know the status. After several frustrating calls, no one could still pinpoint a ship date. I own and operate my own small business and don't think I would still be in business if I handled my customers like this. Talked to the customer service manager and got even more frustrated. Folks, I have spent over $3,200.00 with this company in the last two years, and I would think my business would mean more then the sorry half apologies offered. As much as I like their products, I hate dealing with their customer service.

“Excellent Products but poor customer service.”

I ordered Life Gold for my dog with liver cancer. It was on the Thursday before Labor Day in USA. The amount I authorized was for the product and a 2-day delivery. I figured with UPS I could receive the order sooner. Even though it was received at the warehouse on Thursday, the product was not mailed--it was held at the warehouse until Tuesday after Labor Day. I called Customer Serv. and was told it was being shipped on Tuesday. I told the woman that I wanted to receive it overnight and that I would pay the additional $30+ dollars. She took my credit card number and said I should receive Life Gold by Wednesday. This would now be almost a whole week since my original order had been placed. Unfortunately, the people at the warehouse never got the shipping change and so it was shipped via UPS 2-day delivery. I was assired bu CS that the shipment would be overnight. When I received the email with tracking number--it clearly stated it would be sent 2-day ship and not overnight. I had paid over $50 by that point. Needless to say, it took over a week to receive the Life Gold but Pet Well Being did refund the entire amount of shipping charges. I was hoping the Life Gold would shrink my dog's tumor---it hasn't and it's been almost 6 weeks. But, it hasn't grown either so something must be working I'll continue to order Life Gold as I see fit. Like I said--their products are worth the money but the Customer Service is atrocious.

Hello from Fort Worth, TX!!!! Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you took time to comment. Except for the confusion at the onset and my frustration with having to wait one whole week---you guys refunded the full shipping charges! That came to over $50. My pug still has a good appetite and I've read that smaller meals spread out over the day are better than two large feedings like both dogs were getting before we found out about the cancer. I just wish I could help her put back all the weight she has lost :( We see her rib cage and notice that her tail is also much thinner. But aside from that--she is still with us. Thank you again!

“Don't expect a refund!”

We purchased a product when our dog was diagnosed with cancer. He would not eat food with the product on it. We sent it back, verified it got there with the USPS tracking number online but never received a refund. By the time we realized it we had discarded the receipt. The company refused to refund our money.

“Customer Service is horrible”

I ordered an item from petwellbeing.com. Within 10 minutes, I received an email confirmation that the order had been received. I immediately replied (directly replied from THE COMPANY'S sender email address) that I wanted to cancel the order. The next morning I called and they told me they had already shipped the item. I told them I had cancelled it within minutes of the order confirmation via their provided email address and they said they didn't receive the email. I told them I would resend the original email they sent, along with my cancellation email. When I sent that, they said the email I sent the cancellation to is not associated with their company. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE, since all I did was reply to THEIR email. They say they will refund the product amount, but not shipping. I feel like they are being dishonest and just trying to avoid absorbing the shipping fees. It's a small amount, but the dishonesty is what really upsets me. I will never order from them or recommend them to anyone based on their dishonesty.

We just wanted to let you know that with our emails that we do respond to all that are received during our business hours. I cannot say why we did not receive your specific email but if we received it, it would have been looked after right away.
As for the product being shipped; due to the nature of our business we have shipments processed immediately as we want to ensure products go out as soon as possible and that pets can start using them. I'm sorry that we could not stop your order for those reasons. Although the warehouse would have tried their hardest to locate the shipment , they simply could not.
As per return policy we do only refund on shipments minus the shipping cost. This is clearly printed on the website, email confirmations and on the packing slip received with your items.

“Terrible Customer Service & Did Not Honour Return Policy”

Do not buy anything from Pet Wellbeing. They do not honour their return policy. I returned their product and they refused to give me a refund. I sent it back in the exact same packaging they sent it to me in and they claim they only received one of the two bottles from me. They have terrible customer service and refused to let me speak to the CEO. The manager actually hung up on me. I am absolutely livid at the way I was treated and will never buy anything from them again. Do not buy anything from Pet Wellbeing.

“GOOD SAMARITAN 1”

Our sweet 17 year old kitty, Pearl has been very ill with HyperT for several months & we have spent 24/7 over the the last months trying to heal her. She is still living & being lovingly cared for by us and our CARING vet. One of our pursuits was thru Pet Well Being products. The products became problematic after 2 months. Pet Well Being 'customer service' misrepresents, makes false statements, make contradictory representations, is obnoxious when their practices are questioned, etc. For these reasons, but not limited to, we are contacting the Attorney General of all states involved with this website/distribution and also the authorities in Vancouver, BC regarding the office of Pet Well Being's President, DARCY FOSTER. A simple resolution was offered to us by a Pet Well Being 'customer service' rep. She represented that she was communicating with her "supervisor" to receive approval of the resolution she offered. After 20 minutes of our time the resolution was confirmed. Two minutes later we were transferred to another person supposedly to receive address info from her, confusingly and in an obnoxious manner, reneged upon the already offered simple resolution. We contacted Dr. Janice Huntingford's office in that she is 'seemingly' also one of the owners - she is extremely visible on the Pet Well Being website. Her vet tech, Dawn, upon learning the reason for our call behaved in an extremely condescending, rude manner - stating that Dr. Huntingford is "very busy". Dr. Huntingford is represented to be a VERY caring, compassionate Dr. of all animals however this is not at all how her office staff represents her. WE SIMPLY REQUIRE THE RESOLUTION PROMISED TO US BY PET WELL BEING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND WHOMEVER THE 'SUPERVISOR' IS WITH WHOM SHE INDICATED SHE WAS COMMUNICATING TO APPROVE SAID RESOLUTION. Consumers who utilize Pet Well Being are desperate to help their beloved pets. A COMPANY ADDING TO THE SUFFERING OF A PET OR A PET OWNER IS DEPLORABLE.

“Poor customer service”

I called Pet Well Being in less than two hours of placing an order to cancel a single item. I was contacted two hours after my request to be informed that there was no way they could pull the order back. I was told to accept the shipment and return the item at my own expense. To see if the order had really been processed I requested a tracking number which they were not able to provide immediately. Really? That is no way to keep customer confidence! What a shame! I am going to return the whole thing and never purchase from them again!

“Pet Wellbeing Thyroid Gold and Kidney Support Gold for...”

All the claims about how this will help a cat in renal failure and that the numbers will go up and no need for meds is just BS. I gave it to my cat after finding out diagnosis and he deteriorated even faster. I lost my poor beloved cat of 10 1/2 years of age and am just devastated. I should have done more research. Save your money and do more research online. I hear that they have paid people to put on good reviews on their site. Would not recommend at all. “Mail delivery STUPID”

I learned my beloved cat had lung cancer and within one hour, ordered from "Pet Wellbeing." I paid an extra $18 for 2-day shipping! Instead of using Priority Mail--that would have gotten me the product in 2 days (as advertised), they use UPS--that doesn't deliver on Sat. So my $18 went into the toilet, and I got my product in 4 days! The other company I ordered from the same day as this one--charged me 1 penny for Priority mail and I got product in 2 days!!!! I sent Pet Wellbeing back (and had to pay that shipping as well.) So Not recommended! By the way--my cat is Much better in 4 days with the other product I received!

“DO NOT PAID WITH CREDIT CARD”

After I placed 1 order of 2 bottles of cancer medicine for my cat. This company kept charging my credit card the same order every two weeks. Its been very difficult to stop the charges.The company claim that I signed a automatic charge contract or something like that. Do not give this company your credit card information

Yes, do not give your credit card information to that company , they will keep charging you every two weeks , and you will have to cancel you credit card in order to stop the charges.

I have a Doberman on Pet Wellbeing Kidney support for kidney disease and it brought his numbers way down but now he has been recently diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer and I purchased the Life Gold. I noted that some of the ingredients were similar but not all. I am not familiar with herbs. I am not giving both products at the same time, I've stopped the kidney support to begin the Life Gold for his cancer. My question is: Is there anything in the Life Gold that could be harmful to his kidneys? Do they have any other products that he could benefit from and would I be able to administer both products at the same time?
