An absolute nightmare, they keep asking for the same information, and keep changing their decisions without warning. I suspect different underwriters are reviewing the same application and coming to different conclusions. Do not go there if you want a decision within 12 months. And all this after they have screwed you for several hundred pounds for a valuation… Read Full Review
