It's been over a year and they have not delivered what they promised. Terrible customer service, they ignore you. Avoid. What you save on money, you pay in headaches and lack of service. Absolutely unprofessional.

AFter a few years with this company I can definitely say that they should be avoided at all costs.

Don't be fooled by their decent looking website, yours will NOT look good and will NOT make any sales.

Endless google analytics problems pushed my site completely off google rankings.

They are impossible to deal with and take forever to answer important emails, they can't be contacted by phone and seem like a very 2 bit company.

Avoid at all costs.

Stay away, terrible customer service and takes ages to complete, after 10 weeks all paid for, still not complete, a week will go by with no response from them, so frustrating!!!!!!!!!! Not people of their word! countless promises of completion and all they do is say sorry for the delay and then leave you hanging for another week with no reply. Completely half arsed company, wasting peoples time! Even they tried to argue with me!

I am motivated to write this review becausee I have had more than my money's worth form POM and often when making queries that are not chargeable or asking for something to be investigated - POM have done so with fast response and the kind of standards i'd expect form someone trying to win my business rather than someone who already has it.

I wouldn't want to set them up with unreasonable expectation of free service beyond those a customer is due, but it was striking how well I was looked after.

Any one who cold calls my business or wastes my time and was to comment would tell you - that I do not take time out of my crazily busy day easily, but they deserve me going on line to recommend them.

The site they produced was awesome. My business greatly increased. The service after was brilliant.

We needed a website for our new venture selling toys for children but were

coming at it with no experience before. PomDesgin exceeded our expectations

not only with the quality of the work produced but also how helpful (and

patient!) they were with explaining the options we had, even offering great

advice on business matters unrelated to the website.

It's early days with the website, but so far both my business partner and

I agree that they have been faultless and we hope this will be the start

of a great working relationship.

 I Spent nearly £1000 with them and still have a website that is not what I wanted that makes NO sales what so ever. 

In my opinion The staff couldn't care less after they receive your money they seem to have no interest in assisting you as far as website development goes but to sell you more product that they should include anyway! 

Every process seems very slow and painful.

I am currently having my site done at present (signalight.co.uk) and from what Ive seen and done with this company is 1st class i had another developer which didn't do a very good job at all i know how to code websites myself and i have had no issues they are very knowledgeable and professional. i know the review below is bad but i would beg to differ my site too has been going since 2012 but there has been a hell of a lot of work gone into this and i cannot fault them apart from the phone but all my emails are responded to quickly and professionally.

i am without fail going to use these for all my sites and will advise all my customers this company is the one to go with.

my site is still in development but they are working hard and i have every confidence in them

I run an IT relocation consultancy company but am also a reasonably proficient web site design amateur and and I usually download templates and adjust these.

However on this occasion I was looking for a concise, sharp and professional looking business web sites. I searched high and low and could not find any templates that met this criteria. Then I cam across POM and after looking at their portfolio I thought I would save myself a great deal of aggravation and time and give them a go.

I started by picking a web site from their portfolio and an assortment of others that I quite liked, I also stipulated to their designer Steve that I required a customer log-in page. Then POM went away and designed the 1st draft and from then on Steve and I communicated every couple of days, always by e-mail adjusting and honing the layout, colours, menu bars and photos.

POM are always available to make any adjustments that you want and to try out various options, they are never impatient and always helpful and courteous. This remote design method however does take time though and it has taken us approximately 2 months, but I now have a bespoke web site that meets all my objectives and a great price.

I am really thrilled with my completed website! Luke and Sam are very friendly and pleasant to deal with always responding quickly to any requests or changes I had in the design process of my site. They have been very patient with me and have achieved just how I envisaged my site to be...So thank you guys for being so great to work with, shall certainly recommend you to all my friends. Gemma

We have recently had a web site up grade and cannot thank them enough. They listened clearly to what I wanted and created the web site just how I wanted it.

I wanted to be able to alter the site with text and pictures when I want and they have made this so simple.
