I ordered an Infiniti Rower, having reviewed it and prices elsewhere online, Powerhouse were the cheapest and the site was incredibly easy to use. Items were ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the Tuesday ( optional Express Delivery ). The Rower itself was very easy to assemble seems very sturdy and well made, a great piece of kit. I would have given 5 stars but I was unable to track the order and the item was delivered unexpectedly, also I did not receive a response to an email, minor points but !!

website is easy to use with a clear format, however the prices are sometimes the same as other sites and so it came down to site reviews by other customers rather than cheap prices, also a established company so I wasn't going to get ripped off. There could have been a video of the product with all the exercises that could be used on it which would be easier rather than trying to imagine it. The payment process was easy and clear which helps with double checking sections and making sure the details are correct before clicking continue.

Would have liked the option of paying by PayPal!

selecting the goods was really easy, delivery is quick which is great as i don't have much time to waste. have purchased previously so i would deffinetly recommend powerhouse fitness to anyone
