we brought a memory foam mattress from this company and have noticed that the middle is coming apart and it sags in the middle causing us to roll together i wrote to the company explaining all this but never even got a reply i also sent a copy of my receipt to prove we brought it from this company.but never received a reply.

I bought a king size luxury platinum memory foam mattress from the memory foam mattress firm in May 2012. By December 2012 it had developed a large hump all the way down the middle. I have attempted to contact the firm by telephone on several occasions each time either getting a voicemail or on 3 occasions being told that someone will ring me back but they never do. I have also sent 4 emails but again I have not received any replies.

I would avoid this company.

The mattress is supposed to be guaranteed for 5 years.

I ordered a Gold mattress last year from the memory foam mattress firm and it is has been very good over the last 9 months or so , I remembered i ordered during the start of the week and it was delivered the same weekend.

My sister was looking for a new mattress so i ordered another mattress from the memory foam mattress firm, again the mattress arrived pretty quick - faster than Argos. It was also the same driver as last year. My sister has been using the mattress for about 1 month now and is very happy with it , - i would be happy if she actually gets round to paying me for it.

i am a strong believer in not judging person/company by what others say. I tend to give people the benefit of doubt and make my own mind up. I did check the reviews before however i didnt tell the company i did as i didnt want them to try treat me any different/better.

i ordered a platinum 12" which after being given good advise by a lovely women working there i upgraded to a latex platinum which as well as memory foam gave me a layer of latex foam. I also did not pay full price as they gave me a discount for upgrading. I had my mattress delivered 4 days later, where i then questioned the delivery driver on the reviews i had previously seen and he told me the website 'thememoryfoammattressfirm' has actually recently been taken over by a small family run company therefore they have passion in making customers happy which i have 100% seen for myself! i could of easily judged by what i read and i am so glad i didn't.

I bought the most expensive memory foam mattress from this company and within 1 month it was sagging in the middle and both myself and my partner were rolling into each other during the night and both had very bad back pains.....After complaining I was told that I would recieve a replacement mattress and then heard nothing. I then hased its whereabouts and was told that they were experiencing a high volume of orders and to bear with them, which I did....I now however have called,emailed them constantly and am being ignored. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND AM ABOUT TO EMBARK ON LEGAL PROCEEDINGS....THEY HAVE TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!!

Once again as other reviewers delivered the wrong mattress did not reply to my emails, after reading the reviews on here asked to return it only to be told I would have to pay 25% of the purchase price £100 they also said they were going to sack the driver because he knocked £45 of the price because the cover was dirty, not a nice company at all, will have to wait and see if the mattress is any good.

Was very wary to order off line but would definitely return and use this company again as the quality was brilliant and better than what I had found in other stores! Fabulous and would recommend to anyone!

i have had bad experiences in the past with memory foam companies and the products that come with them! this company on the other hand has now restored my faith in them and i am so happy with my purchase!

Placed an order with this firm by mistake, due to the name being very similar to an excellent company we have previously dealt with. Alarm bells started to ring when we received an e-mail from ABC Vehicle Maintenance thanking us for payment. After four months the order has still not been completed even after informing Angela that this order was for a terminally ill cancer patient. Telephone calls to this woman are pointless, her last excuse was other people have been waiting longer than we have and we should wait our turn. Will now have to recoup our money through the credit card company. This is the worst experience I have ever had using the internet in over twenty years and strongly advise anyone thinking of dealing with The Memory Foam Mattress Firm to think again.

I bought a mattress from the company mid 2011. At fist look i thought sounded great, a good quality mattress and the promise of free pillows. First of all they messed up the order and sent mattresses that needed airing for 2 days because they had only just been made. 2Nd the pillows never turned up even after 5 or more follow up calls i made as i heard nothing from them. 3Rd the mattress is sagging and i have seen plenty of equal quality mattreses for less. Give this company a miss!
