We went during the quiet season and benefited from additional days for free.

Took advantage of some of the day trips, would recommend the snorkelling trip although we had stunning weather and calm seas on the day we went, so that made it even better.

Would not recommend the floating market trip, it was a long way in a mini-bus air conditioned yes but 4 or 5 hours travelling, which included interesting stops at a wood carving furniture place and a coconut farm. The floating market was very busy and really in your face.

Be prepared if you decide to go.

Overall should have gone to Thailand years ago,
