I received my goods within a couple of days and they phoned me straight back with a query I had. I thought the party genie gave excellent service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a childrens party. They even sent a little 'goody bag' which I thought was very thoughtful of them. There isn't many places that would give you something for buying something from them. I ordered everything I needed for my daughter's birthday party on The Party Genie website. I only selected standard delivery, and I received my order within 2 days!
