I visited this establishment on Saturday 20th and was not happy with the experience. The tables are way too close and no privacy from people either side. Once seated the tables where still sticky unsure what they use to clean. The waitress Babley was the only asset for this place, customer service was 100% from this lady and recommended just for her service and making sure everything was all good. I did not complain at the time as was very busy and hardly any staff about, the food which read as being excellent was tasteless and did not have any taste or flavour at all which I am disappointed. It was certainly not worth for the price paid. I ordered a house red which in other places is still half decent but on this occasion tasted very strong but not of wine let's say. Plenty of room for improvement and would like to see this place, waiting time between courses way too long also .

I always have the zinzim – chicken and crayfish in a peanut sauce. The food here is great, with food from all over South America. If you get there before 6.30 then you can still order from the cheaper menu. Make sure you have some cocktails as there are always good offers on!

Great Atmosphere even early evening with my young family, lively, not rowdy and staff brilliant with the children offering colouring, writing pads etc, in a really genuine way.

warm friendly welcome, booking confirmed, shown to table, given time to settle the children, then drinks ordered. Staffed asked if they needed to bring kids stuff quicker that adults to keep them happy ( nice touch)

Been before as a couple but never with children, would definately recommend it, the girls 4/5/8 just loved it and were swaying in their seats to the lively salsa beats.

food lovely ximxim chicken just sublime. Wife had pitcher of cocktail that was rather good as well. Kids meals went down well, even trying guacomole!

Staff attentive and observant with consideration for the children. brilliant.

Credit to las Igunas, a great evening from a chain restaurant that really tried to deliver for us and got it right. well done

Las Iguanas has an amazing atmosphere and great selection of food. Really good night out and the cocktails made it even better.
