Crowbank Boarding Kennels, Cumbernauld, Glasgow

We drive 74 miles to leave our dog at Crowbank. We cannot find a better kennel closer to home. I am very confident in the two people and their team. One is extremely organised and efficient and I have every confidence that he can manage any situation. My dog LouLou jumps out of the car quite happily whenever we arrive. The kennels are located in a very quiet, rural location surrounded by woodland.

Our 3 GSP's have just returned home after a holiday at Crowbank for 10days.

They return in great health and obviously well cared for and exercised.

We feel secure that the level of attention and care they receive is way above what other kennels provide.

We highly recommend Crowbank for the service and professional approach we receive from the owners and staff at the kennels.

It means you can relax on holiday and have a wonderful time without worrying . You know that your animals are safe and in good care and that is very important.

I took my little Westie to Crowbank during the summer last year. Ist time in kennels and I was really happy with it. Initially I turned up unannounced to ask for a look around and the staff were happy to do so. Kennels were spotless and staff very friendly. Was worried my dog might have kennel cough when he came home but he was spotless and fine. Will defo use again.

Well done to the new owners of Crowbank kennels! The kennels and cattery are spotless, the staff are really friendly and you can see clearly that they really do care about your pet as if it were their own. Would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Heard from a friend about Crowbank and took Ozzy our Bichon Frise for a haircut, been to other places but Crowbank is by far the best he looks fantastic and when I picked him up I booked for his next haircut

This kennel was recommended by a friend for our Bichon Frise over Christmas holiday. He is only one year old and his first visit was extremely successful. The staff were very friendly and one lady was cooking the dogs chicken for their Christmas dinner.

Thought I would need to give Coisty a bath on return, but the staff had already groomed him. He smells of baby powder and is really fluffy.

Absolutely delighted with his holiday home and will definitely be using again.

I was a bit weary at first as this was 1st time I have put my dog in a kennel would of been the same anywhere else aswel! Was in a great location out the way of main roads etc the staff seem very genuine+all animal lovers! 1st thing I noticed was how clean the kennels are! My dog has diabetes+needs insulin which the staff have been trained for the animals get plenty of excersise! Kennels supply food+is included in price+have different kinds of food to accommodate your dogs needs found it very reasonable price+will be going back next year+I won't have to worry about my dog+enjoy my holiday! Would definitely recommend to any1+don't worry your dog/cat is in safe hands!

We have used Crowbank Kennels at Arns , Cumbernauld,for years having simply "found" them on the internet. We have recommended them and our friend would use them again, if required. We like the rural location, the size of the runs and the fact that each member of staff always has a nice word to say about your pet. They seem to genuinely enjoy working with the dogs and tailor an individual care plan each time they go. Your dog always comes back clean, smelling of Johnsons baby powder and looking well cared for. The staff are adaptable and have managed in the past to sort something out if we have left it a bit late to book, as its very popular. They are not greedy , they will only charge you a fair price for example we have just taken our new dog to them after our old dog was put down in the summer and even though he was a large breed , they charged us the smaller breed rate as they said he was " on the small side ". Their website is also comprehensive and informative.

My dog goes to the kennels every day for doggy day care. He loves it! He starts barking at the bottom of the drive and doesn't stop until I let him out of the car. The dogs are exercised, well fed and well looked after. The staff at the kennels are fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending the kennels.
