I adore dark chocolate, and Green and Blacks have always been one of my favourites. Their Ginger variety is just sublime as an occasional treat, especially at this time of year. The chocolate itself is rich, but not so much so that it overpowers the ginger. They have opted for 60% cocoa here, which in a normal bar would be too little for me, but in this one is absolutely perfect. It allows the ginger to really shine through and add deliciously sweet and warming flavour. Very autumnal and perfect for dessert. An absolute winner!
