I have used them 4 times, 1st time ok, but last three times, they never sent me confirmation, when I call them they say it was sent asked to resend, never got it. Will call hotels from now on.

We booked a motel(Super 8 Buffalo, NY), airport shuttle and parking. The shuttle to pick us up from the airport took over an hour and a half to showup (they're about 5 min away). This was after a subsequent call. When I went in (to the motel)to voice my frustration and displeasure, the motel clerk told me she was sorry. No mgmt involved/available. This happened after a red eye flight from Vegas. When making arrangements online, I need to feel secure that things will happen in a timely fashion. This was not the case here!

The folks at review123.com did what they said in that I did have a hotel resurvation waiting for me, and it did include parking. However, the prices they quoted and sent on the confirmation did not match what I was charged on my credit card. I tried to contact them; left a message, but they never got back to me.
