My order of Sophie Conrans items arrived promptly and were packed well. There were slight marks on the boxes, hence the 4* other wise it would have been 5*. These items are for a present for my daughter in law who will be delighted with them. I will be using Milly's hence forth. My thanks to them for an excellent service.

In my opinion, Parcelforce are a waste of space. I will consider NOT ordering from you again if they are your only delivery option !!! The parcel was late. I tracked it and was being told that it was "Loaded to vehicle for Delivery" : then "Delivery Attemped" (I do not believe). No card left in my mailbox. "(2nd) Delivery Attempted" (I do not believe). "Addressee advised to collect from Post Office", NOT TRUE and this same last message repeated : NOT TRUE. Still no card in my mail box. Then this assertion was repeated "Addressee advised to collect from Post Office" (Still NOT TRUE). ie all of these on the "alleged" day of delivery. In my opinion ; ALL A PACK OF LIES & COMPLETE FABRICATION !!!! Check out eh tracking information. It is still on line Ref IH0126134. I phoned Parcelforceat lunchtime on Christmas Eve to find out where the parcel was : I had to ask them WHICH post office. (This is Christmas eve)(Delivery was "supposed" to be to me (from the tracking information)on 23/12/13. Post office closed at 12.30 so I was too late to go and pick it up. Still no card in my mail box. If I has not used the tracker system I would have had no idea where the parcel was. Friday 27/12/13 I eventually received, inside an envelope (no date stamp), my postcard telling me that delivery had been attempted etc etc. By this time I had already picked up the parcel ! I was not needing the items for Christmas, which is just as well. This happens every year, particularly at Christmas time. Parcelforce, in my opinion, clearly cannot cope with the volume of parcels they have to deliver, so they take this "shortcut" as a matter of standard practice. No customer concern by them. I am also informally advised that they take on extra staff at Christmas and they are paid "by the parcel" : these temporary staff apparently ditch barrowloads of parcels into the poor local post offices. I have no issues with the Post Office or my local postman. I have also made a complaint to parcelforce, who are, let me repeat again, in my opinion, "a waste of space" K Synnot 0141 357 0845 MOB 077 5163 5544

We struggled to find quality whiskey tumblers but Milly's had just what we wanted at a fair price too. As our deadline for delivery drew close, we were a little disappointed that we weren't given email updates on the expected delivery date and had to phone them. However the staff I spoke to were extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable so I was then reassured they would arrive safely and on time.

I ordered a gravy boat and stand but unfortunately the stand arrived in pieces. I called Millystore and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who sorted my complaint quickly and politely. A new stand arrived within a week with enough wrapping to protect twenty and in one piece. I was very impressed with the quick nd polite service I received and would recommend using this company to anyone.

Needed some additional teaspoons to match the cuttlery we already have. Searched the Internet and found Millys to be one of the few places where I could order individual items rather than complete sets. Using their website and placing the order was very straightforward. My main criticism was that the item was not in stock and this was not mentioned (or at least I didn't notice any mention) when I placed the order, so it was almost two weeks before I received my items. When they did eventually arrive, they were however in excellent condition and well packaged. When I contacted Millys to chase the order, they were very courteous and very apologetic.

Slight hitch with payment method but a phone call to very helpful staff soon sorted that. Product dispatched within a day and received the next day. Great friendly service and would have no hesitation recommending and using Millys again.

the glasses arrived well wrapped and boxed so thankfully were intact. I was kept up to date with the progress of the delivery . I have also received other offers from Millys kitchen

I have been purchasing Viners cutlery for many many years, for both myself and my friends. We are very pleased with all our purchases. My most recent purchase from Milly's is also a housewarming pressy for my neice. The Harley Heritage Collection is simple elegance which will last a lifetime. I got it at half price only from Milly's. Am very happy with it except that the canteen is not the right size for an eight piece place setting. Its too small.

We bought villeroy and boch latte glasses here as they were a better price than other high street retailers. The website was easy to use and delivery as expected however when the items arrived they weren't in any product box although they were very well bubble wrapped so they weren't damaged in transit altogether I would use this store again. The review product link they emailed through only takes you back to the product purchase page though which is pointless.

Milly's Kitchen Store had exactly what I was looking for at a good price and delivered promptly. A good first experience. I've browsed the website and expect to be ordering again soon.
