Power Pro Golf 200 series

Bought the Sport 2 trolley 2 1/2 years ago, and found it to be very good. After only a couple of months it became so noisy I had to stop the trolley to speak to my playing partners. I got in touch via email and asked if there was any way to make it quiter, I was told to tighten this and take out that, but it made no difference. Thinking that I was beyond help, I took it to pieces and slammed in some grease and oiled everthing inside. No difference. I then emailed and complained again but this time I did tell them what I had done and presumed it would nullify the warranty. I was sent a box as I had obviously destroyed the wone it came in, and packed it off. It was returned to me within a week, fully serviced and silent. A JOB SHEET was included showing me what had been done. I am still using it and it is working perfectly and quietly. The only reason I am on here is because I am looking for a new battery and stumbled accross this site. Brilliant service and a good golf trolley for the price. I reccomend Linden for service.

ive had my powerpro sport trolley for over 2 years and never had any problems. last week i had to replace my speed switch got straight through to a helpful sales lady who diagnosed my problem and now im a happy golfer again

Had a Power Pro Sport trolley for 3 years with no problems and even recommended to 2 friends. then I decided to have it serviced by them. The work was poor and it was clear major parts of the service had not been completed. I complained and had a 50% refund and they sent a replacement wheel as the one they had "fixed" still kept falling off the axle. This and the straps, that they had charged for but also failed to supply on the service, were seconds.

I have not verified if they are in administration but if so it would appear I was lucky to get my trolley back as I only had it serviced in August. Can't fault the trolley itself, but let down by poor support on this occasion.

This company took my £270, sent me a a sub standard defective trolley, after numerous telephone discussions i returned the trolley for a promised full refund, after several false promises and no refund i received an email saying they had ceased trading.

No money or trolley, hows that for customer service, stay well clear off this company or anything to do with cooltrading use them at your peril.

Still trying to contact them to obtain either the refund or the trolley, 8 weeks and still nothing.

I wouldnt mind but after reading their review of course on their website i thought i had done my homework. Stick to your local supplier of MOTOCADDY at least you can speak face to face.

My trolley has broken down five times in just over 18 months, from the battery connectors, to the speed switch to the frame etc etc. The company will send you parts in the post and expect you to repare it yourself. This trolley may be cheap but you do not get the quality of a powakaddy.

I bought mine in May and play once twice a week on a hilly course and was recommended an 18 hole battery, however itis has lasted for 36 holes no problem. The frame is the same as a Powakaddy and at a lot less money, is every bit as good. You get everything you need - bag and charger.

If you are not driven by labels, why bother with an expensive electric cart. Powerful motor with a great frame and all the extras for under £200.

It's been a long time since I had such good service from friendly and informative staff !
