I do give them a 3 stars because how easy to search all air lines around the world. there is nothing wrong with there service and website.I booked a ticket for my aunt going to Myanmar everything go as plan. you could save a lot of money by searching the right airline and price...my problem is I received a tax massages alone with my booking number so i pay attention, telling me about applying visa for the connecting country and website cibt.com, i do call back but the number is not in service. New York number. cibt.com is more like a 'third party Visa application company ' they even have business phone number like 1800. but when i read about there reviews no one is happy about there services. do you know cheapoair there customer service who respond you is located in India and I believe your informations was leaking out to the third party or dodgy website from there employees there such as your phone number, booking number, address, name , etc. i know my writing is not that good but some one took me in me 2 times in my life and i lost 7400.00 us dollars. i hate them. hope my review will help other. My question is how cibt.com know my booking number and my phone number ?

Cheapoair definitely has good prices, however if you need to change a flight because of emergency, and it doesn't fit in their parameters of emergency, the fees are outrageous. There are other companies that do not charge incredible change fees. And the customer service operators are not personable.

I used cheapOair to book a hotel in NJ at the Tropicana Casino & Resort. I originally booked one day, but had to call and changed the reservation to two days. Well, there was an issue when I called to make the change so I told them to cancel the whole reservation and I will book directly with the Hotel. It worked out in the end for me but I don't understand why its so difficult to just add one day to an existing reservation without having to cancel a reservation and create a new one.

the departure was fine. The meal on Tarom was good. On the other carrier the food not sufficient. Amsterdam airport blocked our flight for one day.

Efficient as can be when using customer service people whose first language is not English. I have usually had no problems with Cheapoair, except when booking internationally. There was a change in departure time which was not coordinated with all airlines. We almost did not get on our flight out of Sacramento. I will say with patience (I must have waited at least 30 minutes), the customer service person got it cleared up and we did not miss our flight or our connection. Their prices seem to be the lowest or even with the lowest. This is nice. It would have been nice to go over the luggage policies of European airlines, especially with internal Europe travel.

Cooperate and respond. Somehow will not suggest if the time is right for booking and seats could be booked at cheaper at other time.

First time to use and book in cheapoair. It is pleasant experience. wish there will be more selection as far as time of flight and more airline. ALso, coupon codes that can be used especially for students. Not too many selections as far as airline and time.

I was happy with the services one of your representative called me to help me book the tickets. He could not offer me the same rate I was getting 1199$/person. But he did his best to get me the deal. I would be happy if the prices quoted on the website can be locked for the deal. I would have saved quite a handful on my last purchase.

Had booked my flight for another time as was booked. And was told I had to pay extra $ 500.00 to book correct time to La. Was very disapointed in the service . Was very inconvenient for me to only get one days notice of the change.Was booked for June 3 to June 17. It was supposed to be June 17 to July 1 2014. The prices of the flight are wonderful.

The KLM flight from Toronto to Amsterdam and then to Barcelona was great. The Alitalia flight from Barcelona to Rome was fine. The flight from Rome to Toronto was terrible in the sense the seats were torn and soiled and the food was the worst we have ever had, including hospital food

After searching around for some time I found the cheapest flight to Costa Rica through cheapoair. The agent on the phone was helpful, searching a variety of different dates for me and she had a lot of patience while I made my decision. The process of booking the flight itself was painless. Although, I was mislead to believe that calling an agent would give me a better price. When the flight was charged to my credit card it was charged in different parts, which I wish the agent would have told me in advance. United charged the flight and then cheapoair charged the insurance separately. On the day I departed there was a random charge on my credit card which the agent who called me for the survey said I would be reimbursed for, but I haven't yet been. Overall, I liked the price and the agents were knowledgeable but I didn't like the separate chargers or that I haven't been reimbursed yet for the preferred seat selection that I did not use/ask for.

Dear Customer, in order to assist you with the refund, please email our priority customer service team the 8 digit booking number. As for the individual charges, it has to be completed as such because the airlines get the amount for the tickets when they are issued, and the insurance goes to a different company and are two separate transactions, and purchases.

I used cheapOair for my flight to Maui. I thought all was well, I was able to, for an extra charge, pick my seats in advance. 2 days before I was leaving, I called CheapOair just to confirm that I had travel interruption insurance. To my surprise, I was told that I had a flight change. I was told that the Airline had changed the flight and that I was going to be leaving at a different time and connecting in different cities. On top of that, I would get to my destination a day later! I told the agent that that was unacceptable & the agent was able to change my flight and get me to my destination on time. Because of the change, I lost my reserved seats & wasn't able to sit beside my wife for the 7 1/2 hour flight from Denver to Maui. Although we did get to our destination, it made for a very long flight. My real concern is that I didn't get an email telling me of the flight change. If I had gone to the Airport at my original scheduled time, I probably would not have been able to make the changes necessary to get me to Maui on time. Procedures should be in place to inform people as soon as possible, to any flight changes or interruptions. I am just lucky that I called when I did. Although I did save myself money by using CheapOair, in the future, I will be sure to check often for any changes.

The website is very easy to navigate and the customer service agents are friendly and knowledgeable. However, I will likely never use cheapo again simply for the fact that when I buy an airline ticket, I am stuck with that deal. If I buy my ticket directly through the airline and my schedule changes, more often than not I can call the airline and they will at least credit my account to use at a later date. With cheapo you are stuck, and if you cancel, there is no possibility of getting anything credited to your account with the airlines.
