I ordered a hair product from here because it was the cheapest one that came up on Google Shopping. I was a bit skeptical at first because it was almost half the price as others I thought there must be a catch! I was pleasantly surprised with Beauty Bay, they delivered very quickly (2 days) and the product is exactly what I expected, great value!

It took a month for my package to arrive (from the UK to Mexico) but the costumer service whilst I waited was great. The product is in pristine condition and was very secure. I would recommend Beauty Bay if you don't need a product in a hurry. But if you are willing to wait, their prices are some of the best.

Hey guys! So I thought I better let people know my experience with this website after reading all these really bad reviews. I live in the Scottish Highlands in the UK which can sometimes cause problems when it comes to delivery. I have ordered 3 times from BeautyBay. The 1st and the 2nd both qualified for free 1-3 day delivery which was great and no questions asked they were here within 2. After this great experience I decided to buy a couple of luxury items to prepare for summer and my total was up at £60ish. So i decided to pay the £2.45 for next day as I was away on holiday and wanted them. Unfortunately 2 days has passed and no sign of the products or any email to confirm (didnt get with other purchases). I came on here to look at other peoples experiences and was horrified. I immediately phoned them up and was on hold for ages because I only wanted to speak to an advisor. I said I had paid for the next day and that I was worried because no tracking number was provided. Within minutes I was given my royal mail tracking number, a refund of £2.45 and a very sincere apology. I have no idea what is going on with this company but I would'nt risk it if you are not from the UK as you have to state that before you are put through to an advisor which suggests they do not deal with international orders in the same way. Maybe they know they can get off with bad customer service I'm not sure but honestly I wouldnt say its worth it. Try FEEL UNIQUE instead, it's far more reliable and has great customer service :)

I ordered PeterThomasRoth products on 21st March, then I have read opinion about this shop and was completely sure that I will never get anything, but surprisingly I got my package today - 11th April - country of delivery - Poland, so maybe it took longer time than usual but I can't complain on anything else.

I'm very impressed with beautybay's service. I placed my order on 20/02/2013 for some Urban Decay product (naked 2, eye primer etc.) Dispatch notice received on 21/02/2013 and the products were received on 25/02/2013.(I paid extra for the international express post though). All the products are well packaged and no visible damage. Very happy with the service.

I have ordered products from Beauty Bay on three occasions within the past two years. I have mostly utilised the service for Urban Decay brand, as it is difficult to access in Australia. In all transactions I have received the products, they have been genuine, good quality, reasonably priced and received in good condition. I live in a rural area of Queensland and have received the products within a period of a month. I'm pleased with this site. I can see that there are lots of disgruntled people though, and that does make me a little tentative. I have just placed an order for some hair products and am now nervous. Despite my good experiences, an organisation can change at any time and really need to maintain their service record.

I ordered a week ago and it came today! I have not picked it up yet, but delivery is awsome! Really good prices too! I am supriced it came so fast when their ''store'' is in UK and i live in Norway! This is amazing! We will see if some of the products are damaged, but if they are i dont care! I will just send it back and get new products! That can happen to anyone! But i really think it is okey! I love this website!

Ordered hot rollers 24/10 received 31/10! Much faster than expected given some of the reviews i've read! Also great price at less than half what I would have to pay on australia. Would happily purchase again. I did not have to deal with customer service which is probably why my review is positive. Hopefully will be the same in the future

Just thought you may like to hear a positive review about Bay Beauty. I only ordered my product five days ago, and today my order was delivered. I shall certainly be buying from this site again as they delivered as promised. After reading alot of negative reviews I must say I did wonder if I'd done the right thing, but I needn't of worried so much, as after voicing my concerns to my daughter, she told me she'd been using this site for months and hadn't a bad word to say against Baybeauty. I shall buy with confidence from now on.

I purchased nail polish from beautybay.com because the prices were slightly cheaper than at other websites like lookfantastic, feelunique etc. The first order I made on beautybay was shipped out the same day, and it arrived a week later. So far so good. I ordered a new package at the same time when the first one arrived, but the second package arrived after two weeks. I too was worried whether my package would arrived or not, especially after reading all the negative reviews about the site. Luckily it worked out all right! So to all of you who haven't received your packages yet, just wait a little longer and hopefully your items will arrive!! The shipping is irregular sometimes, so the package won't always arrive on time. However, based on the reviews I've read here, I won't order anything more from beautybay - it seems like it's hard to get a refund, and the shipping isn't always the best. And I'd rather have an option for tracking my package and pay a little more for shipping, than losing my order in the mail.

I'm actually pretty happy with my experience with beauty bay. Parcel arrived within 8 working days...a bit over the 5-7 day promise but still not as bad as some of the other reviews I've seen on here. I bought without reading the reviews so I was surprised it arrived so swiftly. I don't know if I'd recommend the site, judging from so many negative reviews but from my own personal experience, it was quite fantastic :)

I do like beautybay and the products I've received have always been good quality. My gripe is delivery is quite slow, I wait over 7 days for a delivery and I left two reviews one positive one negative about two products and they only showed the positive review. Which I believe is misleading to customers and not giving their customers a fair service. In saying that their prices are the best I can see.

I ordered everything on the last thursday, shampoo, conditioner, the stila lip glazes and a UD eye pencil. My order got dispatched on the friday and it came today on a tuesday. Thats 3 working days... uberfast! I started googling for reviews on this website and noticed how many bad reviews they got and so i was scared my package wouldnt even arrive and that the website was just 1 big fraud. Or they would send out fake products. But everything is genuine and got here nicely packaged! I would buy from this website again, but i do think a lot of persons that put negative reviews here have to keep in mind that the country where you are, holidays etc. are all factors that influence your order arrival. UK-Belgium isnt that far, whereas UK-Australia would of course take much longer! Or maybe i just had luck with this company who knows :) No 5 stars because they said there would be a tracking link in my account but there wasn't.

21 days since order, not received, they just reply with some standard nonsense mail blaming it on post carrier, and tells you more days for each time they answer. Don't buy from these thieves.

I have been trying to find this particular product since my usual supplier had run out of stock. Navigated the website easily, opted for next day delivery, email received almost immediately confirming order and then again later that day confirming despatch and just after 12 my order arrived, well packaged. I had wanted 6 but the website told me they only had 5 in stock - this was great it meant i was informed in real time of their stock allowing me to a) accept 5 or b) terminate the ordering process Opted to accept 5 and the products are all perfect - no damage Good service and will use again All in all excellent service, exceeded expectations and worth giving the company a chance

My maiden experience with Beauty Bay was good. I ordered my products on 12 May 2011 and was told on the website that I would receive the items within 5-7 days. My package was registered mail and had to be shipped to Asia. I was elated when the package arrived on 19 May.
There were 7 bottles of 250ml shampoo/conditioner, all packed neatly with foam fillings in the box and in good condition.
I would definitely purchase from beauty bay again. The website is easy to use and the price paid for the goods was the lowest when compared with other similar sites.

experience:
* competitive prices compared to other online retailers, although prices seem to be going up on the website
* easy to browse for products online, but it was difficult to find matching shade for cosmetics based solely on images from the website (it is better to browse blogs, etc., to get a better sense product colour payoff/shade)
* e-mail was sent confirming order the day order was placed
* payment was charged and goods were processed by the next day and sent out for delivery
* recieved a tracking number for package via e-mail, however it did not seem to be registered on the 'royal mail' tracking system
* shipped on time, delivered within a week as promised on website (5-7 days for int'l delivery)
* tracking number on package was different from the one given through e-mail
* items were well-packaged, all products were accounted for with receipt included in the box
* package marked as 'gift' so i did not have to pay local taxes (i live overseas in north america)
after thoughts:
* it would be nice if they offered discount/coupons to customers buying a large amount of products or free shipping for int'l custmer ordering over a certain amount
* tracking number was not helpful, even though i was forced to pay extra for it (verbatim, from beautybay.com: "Orders over £90 will have an additional surcharge of £2.95 and will be upgraded to Royal Mail International Signed For, where a tracking number will be emailed once the goods have been dispatched.")
* i might re-purchase from this site in the future, although the prices of the items i purchased have suddenly been raised in the last couple of days.
* overall, items were great (although, this has more to do with the product's company rather than beautybay), and i am very happy with my order, i have no serious complaints

I have ordered from beautybay.com once. I ordered bareMinerals and I got them after a few days and I live in Finland. I like it! Box was good sized, not too big and it was packed well.
So, I think that ordering was very easy (no problems) and I don't have anything bad to say about it.

I bought several times some Urban Decay products because they are not available in all Europe. I particularly appreciated they promote from time to time the special offers on Urban Decay pallets and primers. Delivery was safe and quick even in international delivery - I received the orders in Germany and also in Romania. Still, I would like to see more perfumes in their offer.
