We had major issues booking. It's old fashioned with lots of emailed forms. Turns out the form didn't submit properly but it took 3 phone calls and a quite rude email from the owner before we were told of this simple issue. When we arrived all was fine and they kindly upgraded us to a bigger car which was fab.quick and easy. However we ordered a car seat and I wouldn't be surprised if it was 15 years old and it was rusty and probably not safe to use. We were stuck with it and had to risk but I was very uncomfortable. Will have to bring my own in future because of this. Good price and simple pricing system though
