I own a car dealership in ohio and i purchased two sets of headlights for a g35 coupe. when i received the box it only had 1 set of headlights in it. the seller wouldnt return any of my calls and i tried to get ebay to step in and they wouldnt do anything either. Be aware if you order more than one item you will get no response from the seller and good luck getting your money back. So i paid $599.90 for a set of headlights that cost $299.00

I ordered an air filter on CPW. I paid with PayPal. When I went through checkout via PayPal, at the last screen it indicated my shipping was free. I paid, and received my PayPal receipt. I have received no order confirmation email, so after several hours I called to CPW. At that point I was informed I had to pay $40 shipping on a $12 filter! They said I had to pay $40 or they would cancel the order. So I asked to cancel it. I tried to go through checkout process again and it offered me free shipping, I did not complete the order this second time though. So CPW offers you free shipping and after they take your money from PayPal then they demand you pay them $40 or more in shipping. I will never buy from CPW again and I suggest people to stay away from them and be wary if they see FREE shipping any time during the checkout process, it's scam or bait & switch. Ordered parts as a first time customer. I was sold a timing belt kit when I only needed the belt alone, 2x the cost, the associate said the Bosch water pump wasn't available, ordered Beck Arnley. Called 4 hours later (same business day) when I reviewed the e-mail and the free shipping that the associate said he was waiving, he actually increased the handling charges to offset the so called “free” shipping, the associate wasn’t willing to offer free shipping for a $150+ purchase, said next time, I could have the "pleasure" to call him directly with his extension! My original order was supposedly cancelled, and the 2nd associate did create a new order, I did order the Bosch water pump and single BA timing belt (50% less than belt and tensioner kit) as well as a spark wire set. Somehow the wire set got cancelled, but the original order was shipping, called twice to attempt to receive a RMA (no e-mail confirmation)to ship back at their expense, the associate said the parts order would need to be split up between two distribution facilities, said this needed additional research, I asked about time frame for callback, said “today”, no callback. I was one of the lucky ones, I did finally recieve the RMA to ship back the orig order after calling again and asking them to do this. But was charged a handling fee on the cancelled order which they refused to credit me after I spent 20 mintues on hold back and forth, hoping you'll just hung up and move on. My reason for calling this company "parts jockeys" is my second order (3 items) came in three (3) separate shipments, the wire set was on back order which the associate didn't tell me so that was delayed another week. Now, I know why they wrangle with you over shipping and a separate handling charge for each order! Buyer Beware, you may save a little money, but if you value your time, hours spent on the phone, you are losing money! I recommend any local store you can develop a relationship and get parts ordered locally, from a trusted source, and if there is a problem you have an easier recourse! Parent company is US Auto Parts, which includes autopartswarehouse.com and carpartswhole.com. There terrific at debiting your credit card! NEVER AGAIN!

I called them within hours to cancel the order after ordering a wrong oxygen sensor. The rep told me she will try to stop the order from being shipped. Three hours later I received an email saying the order was already processed and they can not stop the order. I called again and the rep. advised me to give them a call to arrange for the product return once I received it. In the mean time I will absorb almost $20.0 for round trip shipping and handling. Pretty bad service !

Positive: Super Cheap Prices Negative: "Poor customer service, Ordered a part for my car and the description says it fits my car but...It does not fit at all. They refused return because it was past the 30days of purchase. When informing them that the product does not fit their description, the customer service rep told me "I can not help you with that". Long story short your paying a lower price for no customer support. MAKE SURE your a 100% it fits/compatible before you vehicle." Filing with my Credit Card company now. It is a Pain, but i am not going to pay for something that I did not order/does not fit description.

The selection is good, the prices are good, the parts were delivered quickly (we're located not too far from them in SoCal). But I ordered the wrong part (my Camry was made in the US, the part was for a Camry made in Japan). You fill out an online form and they say they'll get back to you in 2-3 business days with a return authorization label. All I got in 2-3 business days was an email asking me for the OEM number of the original part! How would I know this number? I told them I didn't know and I just bought the wrong part because the electrical plug didn't match the plug on my car. I'm still waiting to hear back. I don't trust this site and will never use them again. They seem to be affiliated with a couple of other parts sites as well so beware.

after weeks of calling and emails have yet to receive the rest of a incomplete order - have been promised 3 time from this company that they would ship rest of order within 48 hours - and can you guess ?? thats right, NOTHING !! had to open a dispute with paypal against them - hopefully i can at least get some of my money back - lets hope - as you may have seen the prices are pretty good - thats why i was stupid and went with them instead of amazon - should have known better - so some of this is my own fault - next time i will go with gut - only positive is that i used paypal and with that have some kinda recourse

Order was placed 4/29/11, processed 5/2/11, and due to arrive in 12-14 days (for some reaseon the do not offer any shipping option on the item i bought). I called to check on status on 5/18 (12 business days) and was told they would have to get back to me within 24 hrs with a tracking number. 24 hrs later I rcvd an email that stated my item was "out of stock" and I would be refunded. When I called to express my dismay that it took almost 3 weeks to be told that my item was out of stock I had to wait on hold for over 5 mins and was offered a discount off my next order (and only after I complained). As if I would try ordering from there again.....save your money...not here.

Do not order parts from CARPARTSWHOLESALE.COM. Just read the return policy or give their customer service a call before you order and you will see why. They sent me the wrong part then refused to return or refund. This web site is part of the US Auto Parts, Inc. network, which includes autopartswarehouse.com and partstrain.com. I ordered a replacement interior door handle for my beloved '98 BMW 528i - For what the dealer quoted $125 installed, I received the replacement from car parts wholesale for under $30 and popped it in in under 5 minutes. But here's why I'm taking the time to write a review.. when it broke, I thought 'ahhhh that's why it was so cheap", but I called customer service and they said 'no problem, we'll send a replacement immediately - at no charge' - and that's what they did. So far, I'm a very satisfied customer!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered several parts for my Suburban, the front and rear window weathershipping. Well what I got was two of the rear pieces. Return for the duplicate is still in process after three weeks. I recieved a box for the front windows last week and it had only a quarter of the contents it should have had AND the bag was already ripped open. Going to attempt to return everything. I will never even thinkl about ordering from them again!

Called to cancel it after I placed another order for overnight
It took me for over one hour to try to solve the matter

The parts selection and value for the parts are okay.
Customer service is not located within the United States!!
I followed the website to order shocks for a 2000 Chev S10 Zr2.
25 shock choices, ordered one up and once receieved realized the shocks were a little short. They were for the S10 and could have worked, but after going back to the site there was 3 of the 25 specifically made for the Zr2, so an extra 2 inches longer.
Used the online chat to explain the situation, which took 30 minutes for the rep to understand what I was explaining.
They did pay for return shipping and credited my shipping back, so I'm happy for that. When I went to order the proper length shocks I never ended up getting an email confirmation, so I re-ordered the following day since I didn't see any charges on the credit card. Again, no email confirmation. So 30 minutes on chat finally they confirmed 2 orders. The rep still didn't understand that I needed only 1 set of rear shocks. So I called them and then they cancelled the order.
So, all in all they do seem to come through, but be ware that you better afford a lot of extra time if a problem does occur.

Ordered a radiator online. Their site stated it was in stock, and their customer service info states parts are shipped within 24 - 36 hours. Credit card was billed that day. Two days later, a representative who barely spoke English called to say the item was not in stock. Two days after my credit card was charged. No apologies, just that they would issue a refund in 2 - 3 days. Stay away from this place!

I read the reviews after placing my order and I was worried that I had made a misteak by purchasing from this company. To my suprise, the item arrived very quickly, the RMA for the core arrived less than 24 hours after requesting it, and the credit was approved the same week the core arrived to their warehouse. No complaints here.

Ordered parts via chat. Price appeared to be exceptional until parts arrived. Parts did not fit vehicle. Vehicle/parts would require modification. When attempting to exchange for proper parts, customer service said, "we do not exchange". I requested return & was told "maybe" they will waive the restocking fee, I have to pay the return shipping charges, it will be a 2-3 day wait for RA number, & I won't receive credit for 3-4 weeks.
I did not reorder parts given this experience.

Carpartswholesale carpartswholesale.com - Sells very "Overpriced" parts and the item you see on the website is not what you will get in many cases. If you purchase from them beware. The customer service people are not knowledgeable about their products and cannot seem to get things right after multiple attempts. You are way better off getting these types of parts from your local retailer or even Ebay because at least there you have some kind of guarantee on your purchase.
