We have stayed at the Eftichia Apartments twice this year.First time in August, second time in October. If you are used to holidaying in Greece, you expect basic and that is what you get, but the welcome is fantastic, and the amenities are sufficient for people who want to dump their stuff and get out exploring. I found myself embarrassed to be British when people complained rather loudly and rudely about having to spend an extra 20 euros to keep the room on the last day, instead of enjoying the fact that we had a full day to enjoy Kefalos on the last day of the holiday. I loved everything about Kefalos, the family-run tavernas cannot wait to serve you and we didnt have one bad meal. The owners have varying levels of English but this was never a problem, and added to the authenticity of the place. The 100 year old cafe and Kefalos's oldest house will always give a warm welcome and the lady serves amazing cakes! I have nothing but praise for both Olympic reps, and for a "cheap and cheerful" holiday I think Olympic provided a great service. I look forward to our next holiday!
