Basically it's helped me to quit smoking. also some of my friends who don't want to quit borrow mine in clubs when its a mission to go for a cigarette. you also get the "wow" factor as my silver one stands out.
I have never heard of the Nico Pipe before and after 3 months of stopping, i am still using my white plastic one. I still think i will be using it this time next year. It would have helped if i had been told i had an option of sucking on a tampon or a more "cooler" sleek design, would this have made my cravings any less? probably not, but the "white plastic one" is very vulnerable to chew and get dirty.
