Great experience ordering with activesport.co.uk (ebay site). I broke a spoke during a days rideing, that evening i took the broken spoke out and measured it. In a sleep deprived state I measured the broken spoke and estimated the length that had broken off. Inevitably i guessed wrong. By the time the spoke had arrived i had removed another spoke to measure the true length and found out I had ordered the wrong spoke. I contacted active sport and they were more than happy to do a swap. They refunded both the cost of the spokes and the delivery cost. The replacement was received in good time. The product sees to be of good quality and the priced seemed to be competitive, compared to other low volume spoke sellers.

Ok many people will look at this item and at the price and probably decide that it not going to be very good quality,however,that is not the case,this bearing set,while not in the same league as sets made by Cane Creek etc, do,in my my opinion represent good value for money,the fit and finish is excellent and are ideal for the overhaul of my 10 yr old Peugeot MTB. Bought via suppliers eBy shop they were delivered very quickly indeed,well wrapped and supplied with a proper invoice,unlike some suppliers I've recently dealt with. I was after a very specific Brooks saddle, the Swift titanium. Not a cheap item and not readily available. I had searched all over the web and kept finding the same prices or lack of stock. That is except for Mark Anthony, who not only had the item I wanted, but it was also the best price on the internet by far. Especially as it came with free delivery. I received the item, as ordered, within a few days. To summarise. Perfect goods, perfect price, perfect delivery. What more do you want.

A bike I was selling had a damaged air sleeve on the rear shock. It was an older Fox Float RC. I live in California (Fox factory is here) and they no longer carry the part. My local shop assured me they could get it, but after a week of waiting I ended up without a part. I contacted the Foxspares.com part of Mark Anthony Bikes, who asked me to send a photo of the part. They responded they could provide the part, so I ordered it with some skepticism. A few days later they notified me the part had shipped and it arrived in about 4 days! The part is perfect, and they included the decal. It's a different color and design so the shock will look different and "exotic" !! I will definitely use Foxspares.com in the future if I cannot source a part here in the States.
