It is IMPOSSIBLE to work with their repair dept when you have a problem
Cleartel Communications 1st, wait times of up to 45 minutes, RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service who don't even apologize when their ticket has been opened for 10 days and they still fail to show up. their response: I dont' have to say I'm sorry, it wasn't me. Why should I be sorry about it? So if your time isn't important, you want poor rude service, then this might be the company for you! As far as me, I've had it!
