After several days of being passed between Blacks & Citylink about a missing order, I was about to write scathing review. On hold for 9-11 minutes (3 calls), no refund allowed, no 2nd despatch allowed, no managers to speak to, I must wait for missing parcel form etc.... As a final attempt to resolve I guessed the email for their MD and hey presto literally within 15 minutes I get a refund to my PayPal account. Now that is impressive (although it shouldn't have taken an email to their MD). A my tip is [email protected] Good luck

Thanks for this. I sent a complaint to him too. Let's hope I'm as lucky as you are. Next time I'll pay over the odds and go for a company with decent service

“Delivery up to 9am for following day is good, stock bad”

We ordered last night at 8.25pm. It said next day delivery up to 9, we were a bit unsure but thought would give it a go. it wasn't here by 12 so my partner rung to check. He also wanted to ask about the price guarantee as he had seen it cheaper after buying. They matched the price, which was very good of them, and also said it would be here before 6 today. Sure enough it turned up at 12.45. Unfortunaltey it was only the rucksack and not the stove. They hadn't said on the phone that the stove was out of stock, meanwhile we have now wasted money on buying the fuel for it from elsewhere as there was no indication of not being in stock on their site. Would have thought they could have said something on the phone. So, delivery and price match are great, but stock is not accurate so be a bit warey if you do want it urgently.
