Cook Yourself Thin is a great book if you love your food but want to be a bit more health conscious. The book has about 80 recipes and all use fresh ingredients, so it discourages you from eating ready meals and the like. I personally loved this about the book as I love cooking, and the recipes are all really tasty and healthy and quite simple to prepare.
