I purchased a canter leaver from simply 4 home and within days it had broke, I rang and told the staff that worked there and recieved no apology and was told to ring and speak with her husband who new more about it than her. The next day I spoke with the husband who asked me to send some photos through and he would look into it, days later I still hadn't recieved a call so I rang to be told he had ordered the parts and to go up the following week. I went up there ten days later and no one knew where these new parts were so I had driven 18 miles for nothing. So I rang a few days later and was told the parts were coming from China and I should just wait and they had no idea how long they would be. (Still no apology) 3 weeks had passed and I was losing my patience, the man stated they had been sent in the mail the day before, they came 8 days later??? So now all should have been OK as my part had arrived, WRONG, the part was incorrect and when I rang and told the staff how frustrated I was I was just told it was a SIMPLE mistake and that I had to go BACK to the store? When I went back the next day I was given another part (still no apology) and told that SHOULD work and if it didnt to go back again ??!!!??? The shop and all its staff are a joke, they wouldn't know good customer service if it slapped them in the face, so all this while (8weeks now) I could have been enjoying the sun With my family and knowing the sun was not directly on my new born baby, I have been sitting inside with my useless canter leaver under a cover. Shambles of a company and wouldn't go back. Also to top it off when telling my family about it every one of them commented on the lady (manager) that works there attitude problem and bad manners, terrible terrible store

The sales team were really informative and provided great information regarding table covers and how to maintain the set. The delivery was during the time period booked in and told how to construct the set. Very pleased. Good work

After recommendation from a friend I purchased this item from the store.. Recieved today all unpacked and places in my garden by the delivery guys.... Excellent and definitely recommend

After my internet order was cancelled after a 6week wait, I went into the store yesterday and ordered the Ontario cube, delivery and assembly the following day. EXCELLENT PRODUCT

Myself and my wife got this item and was told that it was slight seconds due to light marks on the glass. We had it delivered and there was no way this was a slight second, The marks on the glass was dried glue and serious scratch. We called to complain and was told they had more glass coming and they would change it which was fine but the second time we sat on the sofa the front beam bent. We then called to complain again and this was then exchanged with some questioning like we had done this on purpose. We was happy to except another one and in just over a month the same thing happened. I was told this is not possible and not in so many words was told it was something i must have been doing and was told its made for 2 people. The item was very poor quality the first sofa we sent back had a metal support missing thats why we excepted the first replacement, then when i took a closer look i noticed the whole item was very poor quality. The metal what was not covered by the plastic rattan was going rusty, the sofas was that badly treated to protect from rust that that it stained all of my patio, and we was told this happens. We went to the store and agreed to exchange the sofas for four chairs, the seller was happy to do this and agreed to deliver them on the Friday. I called on Friday morning to be told that they can't supply four chairs for the same price as 2 sofas !! when i asked why as he agreed on the Sunday, he told me he was very busy on the Sunday but myself and my wife was the only 2 people in the shop. He collected the cheap set he sold me and when he did he said he had sold over 80 of these set so they must have been very busy on Sunday, as it was only 60 but the time before that it was 67 . He proceeded to tell me that he is never going to win so he would just give me my money back. This then took six days for him to call me to say there had been an issue with the refund and then after 8 days the money was then put into my account. All i can hope is that someone else can read this and not get sucked in to buying from this company. The woman in the shop is very rude and abrupt. The money that we spent was saved and we waited a long time to get the right one to be totally disappointed by rudeness and cheap furniture. Do not be so naive when something is shown as discounted. The company did not refund our delivery money as i was told that they had been out to us 4 times but i will be contacting my bank for a charge back as they only need to give a refund as they are selling cheap faulty goods.

Walked past the shop with my two children, we were looking at purchasing a "swing chair" that was situated outside, my daughter was sitting on the chair and i went next door to bank to get cash, on my return my children said the lady had a pop at them telling them to get of chair "saying it was not a toy" and was very rude, i then returned to shop to explain we was buying this chair, surprisingly to find the lady dissapeared, i told the man that the children was just testing the chair, he continued to swear at me and the children and said he would "ram the chair down my throat" but with a few added swear words

very nasty and unnerving will never return and incident has been reported to security who are aware of these people.

Had a problem with item we brought here and found the customer service awful. No one would help us or return our calls. Wasted so much time with this shop and no one wanted to help. Seems like once they've got your money then they really don't care.

I spent nearly £1,000.00 on table and chairs sunbeds and a parasol the table turned up with the hole in the middle but requested without the hole said didnt have anymore didnt offer reduce price or anything. Also Parasol winder was over wound said would get a replacement winder this never turned up after making the first call to them in July 2015 still waiting

not interested and could not be bothered just wanted my purchase

After being recommended to the 6 seater outdoor garden set for £429.99, I finally ordered it yesterday and it was delivered today, absolutely excellent product and great quality, and saved around £400 on a comparable item. Brilliant company
