A Generally Enjoyable Game But Not Without Its Fla
A generally enjoyable game but not without its flaws, will appeal more to the hardcore gamer more than the casual. Still recommend Mario Strikers: Charged Football for the Nintendo Wii!

Mario Strikers Charged Football Is A Great Game If
Mario Strikers Charged Football is a great game if you have a couple of friends on your team. Large character roster and custom teams. Very difficult! This game is truly amazing. It contains the best that the Wii has to offer. Amazing graphics, game play, and entertainment. When you play this game you are going to feel like you are in an all out brawl. Most of the time when we play this game we forget about the ball and just go to smack our opponents into the electric fence.

This Mario Football/soccer Game Is A Great Improve
This Mario football/soccer game is a great improvement over the older one for the Gamecube for many reasons:
- little touches like character attributes have been added to give a tactical side.
- New stadiums plus the ones from the old one as well.
- More characters...just
-Online play; a deal clincher.
Overall this game is worth paying for and will keep you entertained for hours on end as long as you have friends to play with.

I Got Mario Strikers A Few Days Ago And Have Been
I got Mario Strikers a few days ago and have been playing it any chance I can. Like most Wii games, the controls take some getting used to, but once you get accustomed to them, you will feel right at home. The analog joystick is used for movement, with the A and B buttons used for passing a kicking. The player can use special charged kicks by holding down the B trigger. Each team captain has a charged Megastrike which can throw multiple balls at the goalie in a sub-game, which the other player then has to block using the wiimote to catch the balls. Any missed balls result in a goal scored. All the supporting team members each have different abilities for defensive and offensive play, giving the player the chance to play their team tactically.
I was a bit disappointed that I am unable to play against my friends across the pond. Wii Friend Codes from America come up as wrong codes, even though the manual states they are not region specific. Perhaps I have missed something?
All in all, considering I am not a footie fan, this game is very enjoyable, intuitive and addictive. It is presented in the extremely high standards we come to expect from Nintendo, but don't expect a simulator like the FIFA series! Top fun and I'm sure I'll be playing it for years to come.
