if you are reading this understand payday loans are THE worst ways for getting over your money problems there are places you can go to get free financial advise and help in dealing with these issues. finding yourself here anyway like i am choosing which payday lender is best is down to APR i think quickquids is low i didnt do much research but its quick and easy to use as you would expect a service like this to be. its mask is innocent but what its doing is sinister. anywho the customer service is good also. i was going to end it there but then they have the cheek to ask me if it was good value for money HAH!

I spoke to Jessica via the live chat. I have had a little trouble paying off my loan on time with it being christmas and have just become a first time father. Jessica was very helpful and extended my loan payment date and also took a part payment from me. She deserves a promotion!!

Easy to get loans; the system falls down when you want to ask a question - the phone call to customer service just goes round in circles with no help whatsoever; however Live chat was really good - rep called Jessica couldn't have been more helpful. I was trying to pay bill and my card kept being declined which was frustrating as there was plenty of money in account and my bank assured me it was the merchants problem; however we got there in the end.

One day I didn't like is that I did a payment and after 10 days I open quickquid acount My loan was still in due. That's what upset me. I had to pay more interest when I pay later. It was happened before after I join with quick quid. I pay in full later paying more than 10 days before but my problem was solved. I choose quick quid because it's not like other loan provide. It make fast payment when we need and the interest rate is fare when we pay earlier. Some of the loan provider doesn't less interest when we make a earlier payment. I love Quickquid.

Okay, everyone knows that payday loans are not a great idea, and that you pay stupid amounts of interest on them. But if you are desperate I would recommend QuickQuid. I am an undischarged bankrupt and was able to get £400 from QuickQuid the first time I used them, which was more than I was able to get from any other company. They don't do credit checks. I like the options you get for repayment, I chose to pay the interest on my next pay date and then the capital the one after - so spread it out after two months. You are able to have extensions on paying back the capital too, so you can just again pay a month's interest and pay back the capital at a later date. I used the live chat feature twice, as I only have a mobile and costs loads to phone. I was able to chat to a representative online and they sorted out my problems there and then. I have just paid back my capital early - and there was somewhere to chat to online at 6.30 in the evening!

I have used this company without problem. Yes we all know the high interest charges attributed to payday lenders but we have little choice. I have received regular discount codes and opportunity to extend my loan if needed. I use the online chat to contact as its quicker and you can keep a record of what was advised I have received good customer service too. My only gripe would be, my account stated i had opportunity to apply for a new loan so i went through application process only to be told my existing loan needs repaid. thats good advice but, I shouldnt have been offered the chance to apply in my opinion. to get hopes built up, time wasted etc

I would like an easier way of paying loan off earlier than due date, there does not seem to be an option for doing this via 'My Account' I am very satisfied with all other aspects and chat is very helpful.
