I had intended to set up a payment plan to reduce the need for payday loans etc. in future months. I emailed QuickQuid in order to set this up. I was emailed later that night, the day before my due date to say that a payment plan had been offered. I awoke to recieve this email but also only to find that the full amount had already been deducted from my card. I then proceeded to contact QQ via the chat function. A representitive responded and was as helpful as she could be, however the payment was 'in process' and couldn't be revoked. This has put me in fincial difficulty for the remainder of the month and with a response that I am more than welcome to take out another loan with the company once the payment has been made. Yes this is most kind however it only prolongs/worsens my situatuion. I would've appreciated it if once such a contact is made, the payment is halted until a plan has been agreed. Also I am unsure what the chat funtion is for, it seems whenever I have used it I have been required/better to ring the company. It seems you can only gather information there which can be found on your profile anyway.

The overall lending process was okay. I was not happy with your website as it is very lengthy and every time I have been on it has been a bit slow in general. I was very annoyed at the difficulty I had paying back my loan early as there was no obvious place to do this via my account which I would have imagined and which I have found with your competitors. I therefore had to have assistance via your chat and the person did not tell me how I could pay it back myself they just sorted it out for me. Surely you need to let your customers be in charge of their own loan in fully, including early paybacks, via their account. The live chat was otherwise helpful and it was quick and easy. I also had a pop up window regarding early christmas pay asking me to put in my pay dates. This disabled the scroll down option on my laptop. I could only see half the pop up window and could not see any "x" to exit it and since I could not scroll down it was all very annoying. I therefore had to mark the whole page to be able to see that there was in fact no option for not entering new pay dates during the holiday season, annoying! I then had to either open a new browser window or click my way back in the browswer history to get out if it.

Very helpful and polite staff, but don't expect your money to be in your account within an hour as advertised. My first loan of only £100 took 6-8 hours, my second attempt has been 3 hours and I'm still waiting!

Sadly the world of payday loans is something I was at one time totally trapped in, and I do have to say that quickquid have been the most reasonable about setting up a payment plab to help me out of the mess I got myself in with multiple payday loans. However, they are also the most rigid; only a 3 month payment plan or 4 month of you, like me, and stupid enough to become a 'platinum member!!!' which just means being a fool over 15 times. If you miss a payment or cannot stick to the short schedule you will be bombarded with threatening emails and embarrassing letters emblazoned from the outside with QUICKQUID FINAL LOAN NOTICE!! in red letters. Overall these are not the worst of these sharks, but then saddam hussein is not the most evil man in history....doesnt mean he would have made a pleasant dinner date. I doubt the boys and girls at quickquid will let this review be published but if you do manage to read this...please heed my warning...paydays loans are never a one time thing, I ended up with 7 and almost lost everything to pay ONE BILL.there is always another way, this is not it.To anyone in the same position I was in, quickquid will help you,just be honest and firm about your situation.

I needed a quick fix, and they supplied it. There are no secrets, the interest rate is extraordinary! however it's not meant to be a long term loan. If you use it as an interim measure, and payback within a few months, it doesn't cost that much. I had problems with my direct debit and they were really helpful.
As with anything like this, only use as a last resort, and a short term measure, and it works.

I have taken a few short term loans out with quick quid now and I have to say, they do what they say on the can.

These loans are a great way to get anybody out of a short term pickle, especially for people like me, who refuse to have a credit card.

Bearing in mind, these are paid straight back out of your next monthly salary, they are advertised as a short term problem, so people out there should consider this before takeing one.

I like them, and think they are a great idea.

Rates are good compared to alot of other "payday" loan companies too, but I did take the time to shop around.

Payday UK did transfer funds into my account by the next working day. I found myself borrowing every month because the interest charges left me with less money after getting paid. Not using any of these companies now thank goodness but the text messages just wont stop not matter how much I e-mail this company.

i have found them very help ful when i needed financial help and the repayment plan over 2 payment is second to noone.
