I bought vinyl flooring from scs, i paid a high amount for this flooring over 22 pound a square metre. After a few months of laying it, the ends of flooring kept chipping away and peeling off. Such a poor quality product. I was told by after care team that it was our fault and it was caused by wear and tear. I have never had this problem with cheap laminate flooring chipping away and breaking even with kids. After loosing thousands of pounds I will have to replace it. Dealt with a regional based manager, paid cash £1200 cant deliver due to virus, basically won’t let me cancel and in a nut shell will deliver when there is a vaccine as they need to enter the home due to policy, Helpful but when they get your money your done, commission focused , sell sell and sell, Won’t even talk to me on the phone just email and brushed of, I have looked online and I am not alone, do not use this company unless you seek deep disappointment, do not trust regional… Read Full Review

Cannock shop we dealt with fine then again we spent nearly £5000 with purchasing carpet and a G plan settee chair and orthopaedic chair . Just on the 2yr guarantee I reported problems with the chair leather had faded also support in the back and seat flat . We were not told that SCS only deliver one day a week. Added 10 percent to overall cost after already paying once for delivery. Wouldn't have ordered if this had been made clear. Store Manager couldn't care less as he pointed out there is nothing we can do about it and they don't have to tell us anything about delivery restrictions when they take your money. We purchased 3 piece sofa in Stirling Feb 2019, it was delivered on time in May 19. We received a further letter stating all 3 pieces needed replacements parts. In Oct 19 a repair man came to the house and replaced a part on one sofa. Where do I start.. Purchased a 3 seater sofa and 'snuggle chair' set from them in March 2018 when I was 5 months pregnant, delivery date got set back so I was sitting on the floor for several weeks. Atrocious service. Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Horrible experience with scs branch at staples corner. Been six months since order placed and still no sign of fitting the carpet. Made several complaints over the phone and emails but no response. They have no fitters to do the job and keep taking new orders without the ability to fulfill them. 5 separate dates arranged and they never turn up without any explanation. Went in to scs for a carpet the salesman asked what i wanted so i said a carpet but not sure of colour yet as i want a chesterfield sofa first. Oh chesterfields aren't made any more, if you want leather then you need barker and stonehouse if fabric you are talkig thousands and custom made. Sold me (missold me more like) an Endurance range sofa saying it was like leather and as robust as real leather but turns out after 18 months that was a load of rubbish. The Endurance material is peeling and bubbling all over the place and looks like it's ready for the tip. It's not even heavily used and it's peeling. I paid over £1500 for my sofa 14 weeks ago, got the wrong sofa delivered, ive chased and chased them and still haven't got the correct sofa, they just keep fobbing me off all the time. I wish i had read reviews before i went to them because i would of stayed away, up set, angry and lost a lot of money as aftercare told me SCS wont give any compensation. I will take this firther
