Very slow in sending me a set of unlocking codes none of which then worked! To be fair they refunded the charge I had paid promptly and without quibble.

I was unable to unlock my daughters phone with the codes provided. I took the codes to my local O2 shop and they too were unable to unlock it.In the end I had to resort to taking it to an unlock shop ,against my better judgement, and paying a further £20.00.I wouldnt recommend this service and I think under the circumstances a refund for all the hassle and extra expence this has caused me would be appropriate.

I purchased an unlocking code for a samsung phone (model sgh-i900 also known as Omnia), paid for it, and then the seller returns me the message that he doen't have the unlocking code for my phone model. But at their website it's very clear they sell it. Then they didn't refund it. I opened a dispute and claim with paypal, and paypal decided not to refund me because it's not a "tangible" item. At the paypal messages between me and the seller, he tells very clearly that they don't have the unlocking code for it. (But still it is advertised at their website). They also agreed to refund my money less 4.5 British pounds if I close the dispute with paypal. It's not about the money I am complaining about, but If someone wants to be rich, just sells unlocking codes on internet and then keeps 4.5 British pounds for themselves... That's a good way to steel people's money hun?

They were very misleading about the phones they say that they can unlock such as it showing shg - g600 instead of sgh-g600. By the way they did not have a code for the sgh-g600 so don't be fooled!
This is all carefully written in your terms and conditions so you could be mistaken and end up like me! No refunds or swaps! Their response was that i didn't read the terms and conditions carefully enough! :(. Would definitely not recommend!

I inputted the unlock code however it froze my phone. I was not warned any such thing could happen. The fact is that they tell you to come here to rate them after you have used their service. They should have put it in their web page so that people could view what people had to say. Therefore I do not recommend unlocksamsung.co.uk.

I wanted a Samsung U600 unlocked, payed £11.99, they sent an e-mail saying that they can't unlock that phone and offered a refund, 2 weeks later and still nothing. Therefore I do not recommend unlocksamsung.co.uk

I purchased a code for Samsung after receiving confirmation that they could supply it. They then informed me two days later that they could not supply code and that I would be refunded within 28 days. This did not happen. I have e-mailed UNLOCKSAMSUNG and also GREEN LIGHT (glpay.co.uk) through whom the payment was made. NO REPLY from either. BEWARE!

The phone obviously froze due to incorrect input of the unlock codes supplied. Since the codes are based 100% on the information the customer supplies, then there can be no errors with the code unless the original information was incorrect.
