Poor Customer Service From Bi Staff

The staff who are stationed at BI e-gates arrival are so unprofessional and rude in assisting people. They are so busy with their phones and got annoyed when they need to assist people.

One staff got frustrated and sounds like shouting at us when there is no clear instruction provided and she is not able to explain what needs to be done properly.

Also in the early morning, you will see a lot of airport staff in BI chatting or holding their phones rather than assisting people.

To NAIA Management, please train your people there to be respectful and helpful. Proper customer service please. We deserve a proper treatment.

Stroller Should Be Available. Walkalator Not Working.

For a parent who has a child in autism spectrum, the stroller should be available right after alighting the plane. Having to wait until passengers reach the carousel or baggage claim area is brutal and very inconvenient, inconsiderate. In addition to that, the walkalator wasn’t on so the airport hasn’t made it easier for anyone to travel.

Absolutely Terrible

One of the worst international airports I have ever been to. Unsafe, disorganised, The Wings is dirty & noisy. Not enough seating, always flight delays. And the new UBE Express is terrible. Taxis are a rort. Donot use this unsafe service. I only go through NAIA because I have to. Wish I didn't have to.

I Was Travelling Back Home And During My Departure

I was travelling back home and during my departure back to the state, I felt disgusted by some checkin agent people at the departure area. They pretend checking my stuff and even opening my wallet. I think i remember the person. I just dont want to report it to the personal encharge .I wish I could so he will need to get discilpinary action of asking money to passenger flying back to overseas. They had a job that needs firm courtesy and honesty. I hope hiring people at the Ninoy Intl. Airport are fitted to the job but not a corrupt one. Theyre taking chance advantage of other innocent people. I am imbarrased that some tourist overseas think our country and people are dishonest in thier job.

When You First Arrive Into The Airport You Are Ins

When you first arrive into the airport you are instantly greeted by the warm cheery Filipino staff and the airport is small and compact so it was easy to get around to. The Immigration has a bad air conditioning problem but I believe they have been trying to improve this and the last time I went there they have show great improvement. The Ninoy Aquino International Airport is not as physically beautiful as the rest of modern Asia but it was the warm characteristics of family and the feeling of being in a safe environment, Philippines is one of the biggest booming economies so hopefully they will upgrade this airport to make it the best and up into International Glory.
