me and mum visited there on saturday 1 march 2014. Ordered soup, waited 20 minutes when questioned, they got the wrong soup! waited further 10 minutes, and still got it wrong! before us, there were two sets of couples waiting for their food order too. Cancelled the order, girl on the till, very rude, the supervisor not around! and only 3 staff working in the cafe.
Debenhams, rubbish store for food and drinks. Not my place to go, but mum likes it there, but due to this, she won't be going there either. For the food prices their charge I would rather go to Starbucks or Druckers. Druckers is where we went, better service and food.

The Cake We Ordered Was So Stale It Was Rock Hard!
The cake we ordered was so stale it was rock hard!! Considering the price they charge they should make sure food is fresh!!!
