I've not had single problem with service or phone which is a Oppo A78 5G the battery life of phone is more then amazing will last days is better then the Samsung S22 ultra I did have plus playing games like truck simulator doesn't eat the battery life,will charge from 5% to 100% in less then 45mins with Ultra fast charger that come with phone I can't fault this phone,even in setting you can go from 4GB ram to 8GB in Total with 128GB

“Easy and straightforward upgrade”

Having been messed around so badly by Carphone Warehouse in seeking a new contract I decided to stay with O2 who made the process straightforward and very easy. They offered me the exact same contract that I had from Carphone Warehouse but the way their customer services team dealt with me was in a different world. Carphone Warehouse treated me like an absolute gourd whilst O2 courteous polite and efficient. I have been with O2 for six years now and I've learnt to appreciate that the cheapest deal doesn't necessarily give you the best service so I should be probably staying with them for years to come

After being with 3for a number of years I was disappointed to find that when I go to Lincolnshire on holiday I can't get any signal at all so changed to O2.I can sit in my caravan and get a perfect 4G signal, it's marvelous and an end to my frustration,so thanks O2 for a great service

Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful and friendly person i spoke too. They got me a great deal and made me feel like more than just another customer. Surprised when i saw the reviews on here already. I wouldnt normally leave a good review i guess. \like most people i suppose i only rant when i feel let down.

“No Problems unlocking my Apple Phone”

I went to thesite gave them my IMEI number amd paid up my money. Within thirty minutes i ugged my Apple Iphone into I tunws and I was entering my four number password. All was great And easy, This site was chePer thean spme of the other sites who wer cloae to $ 80 US. Money is hard to come by amd thos saved me money.

“Wonderful Customer Service”

I don’t actually have a contractual relationship with O2, but my wife did. Half way through a 24 month contract ( at almost £30 a month for an I-Phone ) she died and I was apprehensive about contacting O2 to notify them of this and deal with the options for the remainder of the contract. They have a specialist Bereavement Team who were absolutely marvellous. The contract was cancelled immediately, no further payments, and I got to keep the phone. Not only that, but they unlocked it within a few minutes so I could use it on my own network. Even the official part of notifying them of my wife’s death was handled with great sensitivity. I can only give them just 5 stars maximum as a review but feel they deserve at least 10 for the superb quality of customer support at such a difficult time. They restored my faith in human nature and big corporations. Well done O2.

I am using O2 for the last 5 years and I never had a problem with a signal in and out of UK. It is expensive network company but if you really want a great signal anywhere you go then O2 is your choice

“Excellent customer service”

I called O2 regardng my pac code as i was intending to leave. Being a pay as you go customer i was still browsing for good deal. The customer service was very good. Mohamed the customer service on the line asked why i was leaving and i explained is because i call and text international alot and my current pay as you go is not worth it. So he told me about the interntional pay as you tarriff and it works out cheaper than i thought.the deal is cheaper and i dont have to move.its good deal now. deal now than i imagined. I'm absolutely happy with 02, how he handled my queries. I have read alot about O2 customer service and was afraid to call but now i know better. They are brilliant. There is nothing i can fault them on this day, am just a happy customer.It proves if you ask a question you get answer.

“Never any problems!”

I've been with O2 for a good 5 years now and never really had any problems, the only time I have had to ring them is to change my contract. Coverage is always there even if it one or two bars. I have been in areas when I've got a good three bars and my friends on orange are touch and go with coverage. The main reason I'm with O2 is because its the only network I receive in my house, any other network you have to stand on the garden just to gain a bar. The only thing that kind of annoys me about O2 is the lack of 3G coverage, it only seems to be around in high populated areas (towns/cities) looking at 2G (GPRS) in quite a lot of places, manly villages and country sides which is quite annoying but it is extremely rare you don't have some type of coverage. I am thinking of moving to the network three just because of the 3G coverage but I'm not 100% sure yet just for the fact that O2 have never gave me problems and its quite a good deal I'm on and thinking is it worth moving from such a good network. But if I do move and have problems on three I will go back to O2 most certainly. I highly recommend O2 if your on a network will rubbish network coverage because like I've said I'm not had a problem with it.

I have been with o2 for 5 years and have never had a problem. They have always been very helpful, reliable and professional. I think their prices are decent compared to most networks and their signal and reputation is also a lot better. I would definitely recommend o2 to a friend! best network on the market!

“O2 by far the best”

Having been on all the networks over the years O2 is by far the best. Always have a strong signal and fast HSPA+ internet. I also find that O2 signal (and voda i think work on the same frequency) is good inside buildings/shopping centres etc (better than the other networks) as O2 work on a lower frequency to penetrate buildings. I have been with O2 several years now and have just upgraded from iPhone to Samsung S3. The whole process was seamless and so helpful in store and the call centre customer services. The store took the time to show me the differences in android, got me started on the phone and didn't rush me at all. Then I called customer services to have my iPhone unlocked as I wanted to keep it to put my work sim card in and they unlocked it at no charge and hassle free. Some people seem to think O2 are expensive? I don't see that really I think its good value and at the end of the day you get what you pay for like with anything (Tesco Value vs Tesco Finest is one way to put it I suppose!) Id rather pay a little more for a quality network (but i dont think they are expensive anyway). Summary: great signal, friendly UK based customer service, reliable. The thing with mobile networks is different people have different experiences. I get why there are negative reviews, there are for all the networks because some peoples experiences are worse than others and to be fair I would have written bad reviews about my experience with other networks (particular Three who are dire). If you are reading this with a view to change networks I would recommend O2 but they may not be the best for you. Either ask friends and family about their network signal around you, or get a PAYG sim to try it out before you get into a contract.

Always have a signal, Never been over charged. Been on o2 for serval years, had some phone calls with the customer service agents over the phone and in store. ive never had any problem with them or the customer service agents. i would recommend o2 to any one. O2 are not quite value for money, it costs £20p per min and 12p per text

“02 (Broadband)”

02 has been one of them companies which over the last few days, I have started to notice them more and more. They regulary post updates on Facebook with the latest news so customers like myself are kept up to date and they also have a laugh aswell so its not all work and no play, they comment on posts on Facebook asking what's wrong if someone writes something bad about them so they are showing they care about their customers. I have been a customer with 02 for many years and many more years to come, I have my mobile with them which they have fantastic tariffs, I have one which I top up £10/m and I get unlimited texts to all networks (text and web) and it is great, great signal all the time. I also have my broadband with them after moving from *cough* BT *cough* and 02 are so much more relaible, they are cheaper than BT and many other companies for the service they give you. I have never had a major problem and when I have a quick phone call to A UK CALL CENTER is only seconds away and with friendly, understand and most importantly caring and treating the customer with respect is what 02 do the best. There has been times I have not liked 02 but generally overall they are PERFECT I hope many of you out there will choose who to have your Mobile, Phone and Broadband with, 02!
