Sunncamp Vario 5

Bought this Sunncamp Vario 5 as our 6 berth family tent had seen better days and was now too big for just the two of us and the dog.

Was easy to put up, the zips are real heavy duty. The zip-off moveable front wall is a really good feature and made the tent cosy for the two of us with plenty of extra space if we needed it. The height is very good as well in both the sleeping compartments and the living space - need to be reasonably tall or you won't be able to attach the sleeping compartment toggles at the top, or zip off the front wall. There is a very large air vent at the rear which did make it cold if left open, but once we velcroed it down at night, we had no problems. We didn't like the strips of groundsheet, which we kept tripping over, but understand that a full groundsheet wouldn't work with the flexibility of the moveable front wall.
