Horrible Company ..
I cancelled an order with customer service and about a week later they shipped the order and billed my credit card ... Talked to another customer service rep about this situation he too did nothing ... This is a company I would not recommend or do business with again ...

Hi, I am the owner of OnlinePartBin.com and have had many of my customers recently mention negative reviews online. I did some more digging when a customer brought up some of the specifics.
The purpose of this review is to clear up any confusion about who we are. Online Part Bin is NOT associated IN ANY WAY with The Parts Bin, Parts Train, or any of their other affiliates.
They are based out of California, and we are based out of San Antonio, TX.
We specialize in New Bumpers and Fenders, Painted to Match your vehicle, and Shipped to your door. They do not offer a paint service on any of their parts.
This is not trying to drum up business for our company, but it is trying to clear up any concerns from our potential customers about ordering a painted to match bumper or fender. You will get your order, it will be right, and we stand behind EVERYTHING.

Even 1 Star Is Too Much For This Company!
I ordered one Fan Blade which was clearly "in stock" with bold green colour!
The next thing was, that after two steps (Checkout and Confirm) the tax and shipping was shown (two different sites) with 0, so I thought it's included like some other dealers do that often.
After sending e-mail to the customer service and giving them a hint for this issue, no answer came back.
I'm not sure, if it is the website which is bad or this is intension from this company.
I would never recomend this company to someone else!

i made my order on-line with no prior knowledge of this company. after making the order and paying with PayPal, i looked up the company reviews. it was a little frustrating seeing such poor reviews knowing i am deployed to Afghanistan. i paid $312 on 1 Oct and received the order today (9 Oct). the price was good, but the shipping cost was AWESOME!!! these guys are not that bad of a company considering. i would order again and definately recommend that you check them out; use Paypal to pay if you are not comfortable any other way.

2 Weeks Notice
It took two weeks to get notification that the part I ordered (dorman freeze plug) was not in stock. I was refunded, but what were they up to for two weeks? I waited hopefully every day for that part.

OEM PARTS BIN CA 310-719-8666 Made Illegel Charges To My Credit Card.
One Charge For $1.00 on August 18, 2012. And Another Charge Of $814.44 Made on August 18, 2012.
I have never done business with OEM PARTS BIN CA 310-719-8666 in any way shape or form. I do not know how they got my Credit Card Number.
I Have Never Ordered Anything From Them.
I found on my bank statement that they were charging me $181. I have never done business with this company, I never even heard of them until i did some research. I have no idea how they got my card information but considering they work with other online companies and freely share info between them it doesn't surprise me. They are currently in a class action lawsuit because of these types of practices. BEWARE!!!!

Was A Little Worried After Reading Reviews
After purchasing from the partsbin i had gotten a email. day after no tracking number so I start worrying read some reviews then had me freaked out I emailed customer service didnt get a email till the next day but they had sent me a tracking number and everything I even called and she said it would take a week before I would get my tailights. Its now 2 days after I talked to her and my tailights are in.I figured it would take a little longer because of holidasys but no.My talights are perfect.The process went well unlike all the reviews I have read.I would def consider purchasing from here again.
