Ive ordered a few times from Asian Cookshop as they DO have very good selection of asian food from across the board - indian, thai and other all in one shop, as well as having some other hard to find fresh items and herbs. Everything is at a reasonable price as well. Where they truly Suck is in customer service and postage. Both times, they neglected to send me a despatch notice leaving me with no idea when to expect delivery - both times (including when I bought via "express") more than a week went by before receiving the shipment and no communication whatsoever from them. Additionally the website has NO phone number and when I googled to find one, the only one available leads to a answerphone that is permanently switched on and tells you to send them an email - thanks but no thanks, when I have issues I want to speak to a live person immediately. Therefore despite some of the advantages of their stock, this will be the last time I buy from them. When I buy online I need to be able to keep track of the process from start to finish and long stretches of non-communication just don't cut it these days.

I received my first order yesterday,very fast delivery and very well packed,however,one item was missing 5306 Spanish Saffron,i tried to contact customer service but i was unable to do so.The problemn was their e/mail was not installed,their was no telephone number either.This is the only way i can attemt to contact them

My delivery arrived on time but 5 out of the 8 tins ordered are very badly dented. Idon't know if this happened during delivery but as the parcel was marked fragile it shouldn't have. The website does not have a phone number to contact them to complain so I simply won't use them again.
