bought the luna with carrycot for baby no 3, was good with carrycot but when used as a pram there is no support for baby withthe straps. arm straps come from bottom of pram so my baby now 5 mths who can sit up flops everywhere. took back to shop n they told me that baby has to be moe lying down n not to sit up right which my baby does not like so he will scream when i take him out untill he falls asleep.

I have had this pushchair for about a month but in the last week the clips on the left hand side keep jumping out of place so my 4 month old daughter basically collaspes to that side of the buggy! Very dangerous, has anyone else had this problem? Should I complain?

I had no end of trouble with my mama's and papa's Luna push chair. The foam handle kept getting damaged when it was folded up, along with the mesh bit of the hood. I took it back but they weren't very helpful, saying it was ware and tear. I made a complaint in end. The harness is dangerous whem my son grew bigger, he nearly fell out when going down a steep hill because the harness isn't high enough so the straps don't sit on his shoulders properly and he can get his arms out. The zipped bit that covers their feet doesn't even fit my chair. Iv had various other problems too. The only good thing I found was it has really good handling. I'm due my 2nd baby now and can't wait to get a new push chair.

I am currently waiting to have my luna returned for the repair center and am a little nervous as to what to expect reading some of the comments on this site.
My mother in law was pushing my son in the road and the wheel at the front clean snapped off at the chassis.
However I am pleased to say it was sent for repair without any resistance from the staff at Mamas n Pappa's, who were also helpful when i requested a replacement rain cover earlier this year.
Otherwise I have enjoyed to this point owing a Luna, My son loves it and was snugg all winter using the cosy toes assessory, yes it is a little heavy and awkward when folded but at the price of many basic strollers (which my son will not use) is as comfy as any top price pram such as the quinny, to date i have not found a single pram/ pushchair without it's design faults so I suppose it depends on what you want for your money.

I am not sure that i will be able to use this much longer as i cant see it being safe enough for when my daughter is bigger and more mobile

Generally a nice pushchair but quite bulky

I don't know how an older child would be in it but my 7 month old doesn't look right.

I agree with this review because I have had the same problem with the Mamas And Papas Luna pushchair.
