Service was great. Nothing was too much trouble.

He also ordered me some shoes to complete the outfit.

I bought my wedding suit here after looking everywhere. Service was excellent and everyone said I looked great on my big day.

Suits you sir. Ooh yes, sir. Something for the lady sir? Ooh, suits you sir. Ooh.

Bought a pair of Gant trousers in the 'sale' and had to pay extra to alter the leg length. This brought the price up to normal price. Was told the alteration would be free if garment was purchased out of the sale.

Also, purchased a BOSS jumper and was told that returns for full refund were accepted in 28 days. I said I wasn't sure of the colour and needed to check at home. Well, the colour wasn't quite right so I returned the item to be told that only a credit note would be given.

Seems like the staff are inconsistent and just want your money. Customer satisfaction is not their priority, which is a shame in this day & age.

I purchased two items a Boss cardigan at £178 and a Boss jersey top at £168, so not an insignificant amount of money, unfortunatley when returning home I decided that he Boss Jersey Top (£168)was not suitable. On returning the top I was informed that it is wakefields policy to provide a credit note not a full refund. Over the years I have spent thousands of pounds at Wakefields and have never been in a position of needing to take goods back. I am very disappointed that I was not offered a full refund and for this reason I will not be shopping at Wakefields in the future. This behaviour is short termist and not customer focused in any way, to add insult to injury on departing the shop after paying for the goods I was told that the shop is a family based business and informed that if I was unhappy with the garments then please feel free to return the items within 28 days.

Sorry but this is not good enough

I visited this store and was amazed that it had all the best brands on offer. I bought an Eton shirt and some Ian Flaherty cufflinks. Thank you wakefields!!

The service at Wakefield Menswear was great. I can't believe that I was in Sussex, as I normally do my shopping in the West End. I will be back on pay day for a new Ralph Lauren polo shirt.
