Looking for a refund on this. Bought in March 2016 3 years old and is falling apart. Roof looks cave in and there were lots of spaces in sides. Very flimsy. Should have read these reviews first!!!

Thought I was getting a good shed but mistaken.

I e.mailed them a couple of times and they replied instantly, and also kept me informed on delivery

Did expect something decent however, Instructions for putting together poor, quality of shed poor.. The roof was water tight (as we put the felt on with black felt sealer/glue (would not trust their clout nails).. However, the walls leaked like a sieve.. Have used 10 tubes of mastik to seal every joint including the T&g .. Would not recommend

Ordered a billyoh 4000m 7x10 at nearly £500 I wasn't expecting the best, but would have been happy to get 5 to 6 years out of it . I'll be luck to get a year, thats if I ever get it fully built.half way though building it I realised two main parts for roof were missing. After some lengthy phone calls I got told to cover it with plastic sheets and the parts would be with me in 3 to 5 working days.as its turn out its 3 to 5 days to email parts department then 3 to 5 days for them to email delivery department, then 3 to 5 for them to arrange delivery, by the time I get it finished its only use will be fire wood.(thats if it doesn't rain because it's still got no roof)

biggest load ofrubbish i have ever seen in my life, am awaiting removal of this so called shed, most panels cracked or warped

will not ever do business with these people again

I bought one of their sheds(Yes, I know, but read the write-up on their website to see why I was sucked in).

Their blurb is "....The products we supply are basic, light domestic garden buildings – uncomplicated, versatile, easy to modify and personalise – but most of all we believe they are great value for money". Unfortunately, they (Kybotech) do not tell you this until after you parted with your cash and the item has arrived!

The aftercare is worst than useless and designed to be so unhelpful that you don't bother phoning them again (not the number is an 0871 number not an ordinary landline or freephone number as shown on their site.

I suggest you actually see the shed before parting with your cash, as I am not paying a carpenter to beef the one I have bought up. Total waste of time and money. A lot of cheap tat.
