Competitive prices, time will tell regarding customer service?

Good price, great communication, and woodworm treatment arrived as described. There was some confusion as to where the delivery was - the tracking service said that the delivery company repeatedly attempted delivery, however the goods were actually waiting at the post office for collection. Other than that, top marks and would use again!

Having used this firm previously I was sufficiently impressed to use them again. Their communication is very good and their prices and selection of tools are very competitive compared with others online. I plan to buy a hedge trimmer and have my eye on a Stihl on their website - £10 cheaper than anywhere else as far as I can see.

We fit approx 150 bathrooms per year so go through lots of Stixall. We Can't find anyone that will beat tool-net on price. We're happy however the Only complaint we have is that it's almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone if there is a problem. Phone continuously rings out.

ordered a sheet metal shear brake roll machine and although the delivery charge on the site wasn't accurate they emailed me straight away to correct it.

the prices are some of the cheapest around, good variety in tools from different brands, but i did get the "item has been delayed" for a couple of weeks, i would appreciate in the future if they did actually list if the items are in stock or not, but im not that fussed really.

I found the prices on line quite competitive. Shipping costs however make it such that you need to spend a considerable amount of money to make an order worth your while. Quicker order dispatch times and delivery times would make the service more competitive than a local store, otherwise you need to plan in advance for what tools you need for a job. All parts were well packaged and delivered with no damage. I have still yet to try out a new electric drill I bought, so I cannot comment on the electrical components.
