I have ordered flowers from Scilly Flowers many times and recently ordered scented Narcissi for my lady friend. She told me that they were lovely and smelled delightful but was disappointed that after 3 days they died. She said that they were not wrapped in anything to provide them with water during transport. Due to this I will not be ordering again and will buy flowers locally. Yesterday I was able to purchase 4 bunches of different flowers for £2 from my local market.

Ordered 100 Narcissi for my mums birthday ... arrived on time and mum delighted. Well done Scilly flowers will order from you again.

Seasonal spray ok, but not good value.

Delivery service very poor. Flowers dumped against front door in full view of street. Didn't even knock/ring.

Previous orders for narcissi have been fine.

These were sent to me by my niece for my birthday.On the second day 6 of the stems had collapsed. I regularly buy spray carnations from my local shops,loads of stems & flowers for £4 & they last for at least 2 weeks. I will be advising my niece not to use this firm again.

My sister ordered scented carnations they arrived dried withered so I bothered to complain, they asked for photos so I sent photos and was told these dried withered dustbin ready flowers meant as a gift to cheer me up were perfect by their customer services. If people bother to complain THEN LISTEN otherwise go out of business - no excuse for posting dead flowers which are a rip off. They state that they outsource carnations until end of May yet they claim to have picked these on a Bank Holiday Monday and posted - no post from Isles of Scilly on a Bank Holiday.

I have used Scilly Flowers for, I think, about fifteen years.

I have never been disappointed.

Their flowers are as described.

They have been very helpful when they have been let down by rare delivery difficulties not of their making, eg, a postal strike.

Their prices are excellent - the postage is included in the price given for the flowers.

I ordered flowers for mother's day on the previous Tuesday.

Unfortunately the flowers failed to materialize.

When I contacted the firm they said the flowers were dispatched on Thursday and blame was placed on Royal Mail.

Although I was offered a refund this experience is very disappointing, not only for me but for my mother, who received no gift!

My husband and I have used Churchtown flowers on numerous occasions and my husband also has a monthly standing order with them for his elderly mother.

We have never been disappointed, all the people we have spoken to over the years have been helpful and friendly and the flowers are very good quality. We have experience of other companies as recipients but none compares.

I order often from you and will continue to do so. Your service and flowers are brilliant and I have told many of my friends. Thank you, I hope Churchtown Farm will continue always.
